Abu Hanifah and Abu Yusuf said: It is not a false accusation. They agreed that if he says to his wife "Ya zani" (O adulterer), it is a false accusation. The evidence that it is a false accusation in the case of a man is that when the address is understood according to its meaning, its ruling is established, regardless of whether it is in a foreign tongue or Arabic.
