His saying: "the one who bears the obligation"
2968 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Yahya b. 'Abd Allah reported to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to me, from Sa'id b. Jubayr, regarding the saying of Allah: "the one who bears the obligation," meaning: the debtor. It is also narrated from Muqatil b. Hayyan something similar.
His saying, the Exalted: "And let him fear Allah, his Lord"
2969 - al-Hasan b. Ahmad narrated to us, Ishaq b. Isma'il reported to us, Yazid b. Zurayʾ reported to us, Sa'id reported to us, from Qatadah regarding "And let him fear Allah, his Lord," [meaning] that the witness should fear Allah in his testimony, neither omitting any of the truth from it, nor adding any falsehood to it; and that the scribe should fear Allah in his writing, not leaving out any of the truth from it, nor adding any falsehood to it.
His saying: "and not diminish anything from it"

2970 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Yahya b. 'Abd Allah reported to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to me, 'Ata' narrated to me, from Sa'id b. Jubayr, regarding the saying of Allah: "and not diminish anything from it," he says: And do not diminish any of the claimant's right. It is also narrated from Muqatil b. Hayyan and al-Dahhak something similar.

2971 - al-Hasan b. Ahmad narrated to us, Musa b. Muhallim reported to us, Abu Bakr al-Hanafi reported to us, 'Abbad b. Mansur reported to us, who said: I asked al-Hasan about His saying: "and not diminish anything from it," he said: He shall not wrong any part of it, nor diminish anything of what he owes. It is also narrated from Qatadah and al-Rabi' b. Anas something similar.

٢٩٦٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ: وَلْيُمْلِلِ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِ الْحَقُّ يَعْنِي: الْمَطْلُوبَ.
وَرُوِيَ عَنْ مُقَاتِلِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ، نَحْوُ ذَلِكَ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: وَلْيَتَّقِ اللَّهَ رَبَّهُ
٢٩٦٩ - حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، ثنا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ وَلْيَتَّقِ اللَّهَ رَبَّهُ يَتَّقِي اللَّهَ شَاهِدٌ فِي شَهَادَتِهِ، لَا يَنْتَقِصُ مِنْهَا حَقًّا، وَلا يَزِيدُ فيها باطلا، (اتقا) اللَّهَ كَاتِبٌ، فِي (كِتَابَتِهِ) لَا يَدَعَنَّ مِنْهُ حَقًّا، وَلا يَزِيدَنَّ فِيهِ بَاطِلا.
قَوْلُهُ: وَلَا يبخس منه شيئا

٢٩٧٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءٌ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ: وَلا يَبْخَسْ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا يَقُولُ: وَلا يُنْقِصْ مِنْ حَقِّ الطَّالِبِ شَيْئًا.
وَرُوِيَ عَنْ مُقَاتِلِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ وَالضَّحَّاكِ نَحْوَ ذَلِكَ.
وَالْوَجْهُ الثَّانِي:
٢٩٧١ - حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ مُحَلِّمٍ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ، ثنا عَبَّادُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ الْحَسَنَ عَنْ قَوْلِهِ: وَلا يَبْخَسْ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا قَالَ: لَا يَظْلِمُ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا وَلا يُنْقِصُ مِمَّا عَلَيْهِ شَيْئًا.
وَرُوِيَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ وَالرَّبِيعِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، نَحْوُ ذَلِكَ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: فَإِنْ كَانَ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِ الْحَقُّ
٢٩٧٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ، فِي قَوْلِهِ: فَإِنْ كَانَ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِ الْحَقُّ يعني المطلوب.
