2992 - Muhammad b. al-Hajjaj al-Hadrami narrated to us, al-Khasib b. Nasih reported to us, Yazid b. Zuray' reported to us, from... from al-Hasan regarding His saying: "lest one of them errs" (an tadilla), he said: "an tadilla" means to forget, so that one of them may remind the other. A similar [report] was narrated from Sa'id b. Jubayr, al-Rabi' b. Anas, al-Suddi, Muqatil, and al-Dahhak.

2993 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Yahya b. 'Abd Allah b. Bukayr reported to us, 'Abd Allah b. Lahi'ah narrated to me, 'Ata' b. Dinar narrated to me, from Sa'id b. 2997 - 'Ali b. al-Husayn narrated to us, Abu al-Tahir reported to us, Ibn Wahb reported to us, 'Abd al-Rahman b. Zayd b. Aslam narrated to me, from his father, regarding the saying of Allah: "And let not the witnesses refuse when they are called upon," he said: If he has witnessed, then is called to give his testimony, it is not appropriate for him but to come and bear witness.
