Ata b. Dinar narrated to me, from Sa'id b. Jubayr, regarding the saying of Allah: "And do not be weary," he says: Do not feel boredom.
His saying the Exalted: "[that you write it], small or large, to its fixed term."
3004 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Safwan b. Salih reported to us, al-Walid b. Muslim reported to us, Bukayr b. Ma'ruf narrated to us, from Muqatil, regarding the saying of Allah: "And do not be weary, that you write it, small or large, to its fixed term," it encompasses both the small and the large in debt alike, and it is ordered that it be witnessed and that it be written.
3005 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Yahya b. 'Abd Allah b. Bukayr reported to us, 'Abd Allah b. Lahi'ah narrated to me, 'Ata b. Dinar narrated to me, from Sa'id b. Jubayr, regarding the saying of Allah: "That you write it, small or large, to its fixed term," meaning: That you write the small amount of the debt and its large amount to its fixed term, because writing is more protective of the term and the wealth.
3006 - And by the same chain from Sa'id b. Jubayr, regarding the saying of Allah: "That is," meaning: The writing.
His saying: "That is more just in the sight of Allah"

3007 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, 'Amr b. Hammad reported to us, Asbat reported to us, from al-Suddi, regarding His saying: "That is more just in the sight of Allah," he says: more equitable in the sight of Allah. A similar [report] was narrated from Sa'id b. Jubayr and Sufyan.

3008 - 'Abd Allah b. Sulayman narrated to us, Ham b. Nuh reported to us, Abu Mu'adh reported to us, Abu Muslih reported to us, from al-Dahhak, regarding His saying: "That is more just in the sight of Allah," he says: That is the obedience of Allah.
