3010 - My father narrated to us, Ibrahim b. al-Walid b. Salamah reported to us, Muhammad b. Yusuf al-Firyabi reported to us, from Sufyan, regarding His saying: "And more upright for testimony," he said: More established for testimony.
His saying: "And more apt that you do not doubt"
3011 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Yahya reported to us, Ibn Lahi'ah reported to us, 'Ata b. Dinar narrated to me, from Sa'id b. Jubayr, regarding the saying of Allah: "And more apt that you do not doubt," he says: And more befitting. A similar [report] was narrated from al-Dahhak.

3012 - And by the same chain from Sa'id b. Jubayr, regarding the saying of Allah: "that you do not doubt," [meaning] that you do not doubt in the right (the debt), the term, and the testimony, if it is written. Then He made an exception, saying: "except that it be a present trade."
It was narrated from Muqatil b. Hayyan, he said: If it is in the writing.
Al-Suddi and Sufyan said: Do not doubt the testimony.

3013 - 'Abd Allah b. Sulayman narrated to us, Ham b. Nuh reported to us, Abu Mu'adh reported to us, Abu Muslih reported to us, from al-Dahhak, regarding His saying: "And more apt that you do not doubt," he says: More befitting that you do not forget.

3014 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Yahya b. 'Abd Allah reported to us, 'Abd Allah b. Lahi'ah narrated to me, 'Ata b. Dinar narrated to me, from Sa'id b. Jubayr, regarding the saying of Allah: "except that it be a present trade," meaning: hand-to-hand.

٣٠١٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، فِي قَوْلِهِ: وَأَقْوَمُ لِلشَّهَادَةِ قَالَ: أَثْبَتُ لِلشَّهَادَةِ.
قَوْلُهُ: وَأَدْنَى أَلا تَرْتَابُوا
٣٠١١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا يَحْيَى، ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ: وَأَدْنَى أَلا تَرْتَابُوا يَقُولُ: وَأَجْدَرُ. وَرُوِيَ عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ، نَحْوُ ذَلِكَ.

٣٠١٢ - وَبِهِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ: أَلا تَرْتَابُوا أَلا تَشُكُّوا فِي الْحَقِّ وَالأَجَلِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ، إِذَا كَانَ مَكْتُوبًا. ثُمَّ اسْتَثْنَى فَقَالَ: إِلا أَنْ تَكُونَ تِجَارَةً حَاضِرَةً.
وَرُوِيَ عَنْ مُقَاتِلِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ، قَالَ: إِذَا كَانَ فِي الْكِتَابِ.
قَالَ السُّدِّيُّ وَسُفْيَانُ: لَا تَشُكُّوا فِي الشَّهَادَةِ.

٣٠١٣ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثنا حَمُ بْنُ نُوحٍ، ثنا أَبُو مُعَاذٍ، ثنا أَبُو مُصْلِحٍ، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ، فِي قَوْلِهِ: وَأَدْنَى أَلا تَرْتَابُوا يَقُولُ أَجْدَرُ أَلا تَنْسَوْا.

٣٠١٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، ثنا أَسْبَاطٌ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ، قَوْلُهُ:
إِلا أَنْ تَكُونَ تِجَارَةً حَاضِرَةً يقول: مَعَكُمْ بِالْبَلَدِ.
