Lahi'ah, 'Ata b. Dinar narrated to me, from Sa'id b. Jubayr, regarding the saying of Allah: "you conduct it among yourselves," he said: There is no term (fixed time) in it.
It was narrated from Muqatil b. Hayyan a similar [report].

3018 - And by the same chain from al-Suddi, meaning His saying: "then there is no blame upon you if you do not write it," meaning: those who are with you in the town.

3019 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Yahya b. 'Abd Allah b. Bukayr reported to us, 'Abd Allah b. Lahi'ah reported to us, 'Ata narrated to me, from Sa'id b. Jubayr, regarding the saying of Allah: "then there is no blame upon you," meaning: sin (haraj).
His saying: "if you do not write it"
And by the same chain from Sa'id b. Jubayr, regarding the saying of Allah: "if you do not write it," meaning: the present trade.
His saying: "and bring witnesses when you trade"

3020 - And by the same chain from Sa'id b. Jubayr, regarding the saying of Allah: "and bring witnesses when you trade," meaning: Bring witnesses to your right, whether there is a term (fixed time) in it, or there is not. So bring witnesses to your right in any case. It was narrated from Jabir b. Zayd, Mujahid, 'Ata, and al-Dahhak, a similar [report].

٣٠١٨ - وَبِهِ عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ يَعْنِي قَوْلَهُ: فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ أَلا تَكْتُبُوهَا يَعْنِي: الَّذِينَ مَعَكُمْ بِالْبَلَدِ.

٣٠١٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءٌ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ: فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ يَعْنِي: حَرَجٌ.
قوله: أَلا تَكْتُبُوهَا
وَبِهِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ: أَلا تَكْتُبُوهَا يَعْنِي: التِّجَارَةَ الْحَاضِرَةَ.
قَوْلُهُ: وَأَشْهِدُوا إِذَا تَبَايَعْتُمْ

٣٠٢٠ - وَبِهِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ: وَأَشْهِدُوا إِذَا تَبَايَعْتُمْ يَعْنِي:
أَشْهَدُوا عَلَى حَقِّكُمْ، إِذَا كَانَ فِيهِ أَجَلٌ، أَوْ لَمْ يَكُنْ، فَأَشْهِدُوا عَلَى حَقِّكُمْ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ. وَرُوِيَ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ وَمُجَاهِدٍ وَعَطَاءٍ وَالضَّحَّاكِ، نَحْوُ ذَلِكَ.
وَالْوَجْهُ الثَّانِي:
٣٠٢١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ثنا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، ثنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ فِي قَوْلِهِ: وَأَشْهِدُوا إِذَا تَبَايَعْتُمْ قال: نَسَخَتْهَا فَإِنْ أَمِنَ بَعْضُكُمْ بَعْضًا وروي عن الشعبي نحو ذلك.
