from Shahr b. Hawshab, from Umm Salamah, that the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) used to say: "O Turner of hearts, keep my heart firm upon Your religion," then he would recite: "Our Lord, let not our hearts deviate after You have guided us, and grant us from Yourself mercy. Indeed, You are the Bestower."

Salam and his companions supplicated to their Lord and said: "Our Lord, let not our hearts deviate after You have guided us," as You caused the hearts of the Jews to deviate after You had guided them, "and grant us from Yourself mercy. Indeed, You are the Bestower."
