His saying, the Exalted: "And this prophet."
3659 - My father narrated to us, Ahmad b. 'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, 'Abd Allah b. Abi Ja'far narrated to us, from his father, from al-Rabi' b. Anas regarding His saying: "And this prophet," meaning the Prophet of Allah, Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. Abu Muhammad said: Something similar was narrated from Qatadah.
His saying, the Exalted: "And those who believe."
[The First Aspect]
3660 - Muhammad b. al-Muthanna mentioned, Abu Bakr al-Hanafi narrated to us, 'Abd al-Hamid b. Ja'far narrated to us, Sa'id al-Maqburi reported from Abu al-Huwayrith, who heard al-Hakam b. Mina' saying: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "O group of Quraysh! Indeed, the most worthy of the Prophet are the pious ones. So you be among those who follow this path. Take care that the people do not meet me carrying [the weight of] deeds, while you meet me carrying the world, so I would turn my face away from you." Then he recited to them this verse: "Indeed, the most worthy of Abraham among the people are those who followed him [in prophethood], and this prophet, and those who believe [in him], and Allah is the ally of the believers."

3661 - My father narrated to us, Ahmad b. 'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, 'Abd Allah b. Abi Ja'far narrated to us, from his father, from al-Rabi' b. Anas regarding "And those who believe," he said: They are the believers who affirmed the Prophet of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and followed him. Thus, Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah, and those with him from among the believers were the most worthy of the people to Abraham. Abu Muhammad said: Something similar was narrated from Qatadah.
[The Third Aspect]
3662 - Al-Hasan b. Ahmad narrated to us, Musa b. Muhkam narrated to us, Abu Bakr al-Hanafi narrated to us, 'Abbad b. Mansur narrated to us, he said: I asked al-Hasan about His saying: "Indeed, the most worthy of Abraham among the people are those who followed him, and this prophet, and those who believe." He said: "Every believer is an ally of Abraham, from those who have passed and those who remain."
His saying, the Exalted: "And Allah is the ally of the believers."
3663 - It was mentioned from Shayban, Abu Hilal narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us, he said: "He has fabricated a great lie against Allah, he who says: 'He can be a believer and a disobedient one (fasiq), a believer and ignorant, or a believer and a traitor.' Allah the Exalted says in His Book: 'Indeed, the most worthy of Abraham among the people are those who followed him [in prophethood], and this prophet, and those who believe [in him], and Allah is the ally of the believers.' Thus, the believer is an ally of Allah, and the believer is the beloved of Allah."

قوله تَعَالَى: وَهَذَا النَّبِيُّ
٣٦٥٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ: وَهَذَا النَّبِيُّ وَهُوَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ: وَرُوِيَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ نَحْوُ ذَلِكَ.

٣٦٦٠ - ذَكَرَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، أنبأ سَعِيدٌ الْمَقْبُرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْحُوَيْرِثِ سَمِعَ الْحَكَمَ بْنَ مِينَاءٍ يَقُولُ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: يَا مَعْشَرَ قُرَيْشٍ إِنَّ أَوْلَى النَّاسِ بِالنَّبِيِّ الْمُتَّقُونَ فَكُونُوا أَنْتُمْ بِسَبِيلِ ذَلِكَ فَانْظُرُوا أَنْ لَا يَلْقَانِي النَّاسُ يَحْمِلُونَ الأَعْمَالَ، وَتَلْقَوْنِي «١» بِالدُّنْيَا تَحْمِلُونَهَا فَأَصُدَّ عَنْكُمْ بِوَجْهِي، ثُمَّ قَرَأَ عَلَيْهِمْ هَذِهِ الآيَةَ: إِنَّ أَوْلَى النَّاسِ بِإِبْرَاهِيمَ لَلَّذِينَ اتَّبَعُوهُ وَهَذَا النَّبِيُّ والذين آمنوا والله ولي المؤمنين

٣٦٦١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَهُمُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الَّذِينَ صَدَّقُوا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَاتَّبِعُوهُ، فَكَانَ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ وَالَّذِينَ مَعَهُ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَوْلَى النَّاسِ بِإِبْرَاهِيمَ. قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ: وَرُوِيَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ نَحْوُ ذَلِكَ.

٣٦٦٢ - حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ مُحْكَمٍ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ، ثنا عَبَّادُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ الْحَسَنَ عَنْ قَوْلِهِ: إِنَّ أَوْلَى النَّاسِ بِإِبْرَاهِيمَ لَلَّذِينَ اتَّبَعُوهُ وَهَذَا النَّبِيُّ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا قَالَ: كُلُّ مُؤْمِنٍ وَلِيٌّ لإِبْرَاهِيمَ مِمَّنْ مَضَى وَمِمَّنْ بَقِيَ
قَولُهُ تَعَالَى: وَاللَّهُ وَلِيُّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
٣٦٦٣ - ذُكِرَ عَنْ شَيْبَانَ، ثنا أَبُو هِلالٍ، ثنا قَتَادَةُ قَالَ: لَقَدْ أَعْظَمَ عَلَى اللَّهِ الْفِرْيَةَ مَنْ قَالَ: يَكُونُ مُؤْمِنًا فَاسِقًا، وَمُؤْمِنًا جَاهِلا، وَمُؤْمِنًا خَائِنًا قَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى فِي كِتَابِهِ: إِنَّ أَوْلَى النَّاسِ بِإِبْرَاهِيمَ لَلَّذِينَ اتَّبَعُوهُ وَهَذَا النبي والذين آمنوا والله ولي المؤمنين فالمؤمن ولي الله والمؤمن حبيب الله.
