2231 - My father narrated to us, 'Arim narrated to us, Hammad b. Zayd narrated to us, from Yahya b. 'Atiq, from Muhammad b. Sirin, from Ibn 'Abbas, who said: She is not lawful for him until she marries a husband other than him, and he has consummated the marriage with her.
2232 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, 'Amr b. Hammad narrated to us, Asbat narrated to us, from al-Suddi regarding "She is not lawful to him thereafter until she marries a husband other than him," he said: This refers to if he divorced her after two pronouncements, and this is the third. So if she marries a husband other than him, and he divorces her. Abu Muhammad said: It was narrated from Muqatil b. Hayyan similar to that.
His saying, the Most High: "And if he has divorced her"
2233 - I read to Muhammad b. al-Fadl, Muhammad b. 'Ali narrated to us, Muhammad b. Muzahim narrated to us, Bukayr b. Ma'ruf narrated to us, from Muqatil b. Hayyan, regarding his saying: "And if he has divorced her," this refers to the one who has married her after he [the second husband] has had sexual intercourse with her.
His saying, the Most High: "There is no blame upon them if they return to each other"
2234 - Ahmad b. Sinan narrated to us, Yazid b. Harun narrated to us, Hajjaj b. Arta'ah narrated to us, from Mundhir, from Muhammad b. al-Hanafiyyah, who said: 'Ali said: "His saying 'And if he has divorced her, there is no blame upon them if they return to each other' was obscure to me, so I studied the Qur'an and deduced that it means: when the final husband divorces her, she returns to her first husband who divorced her three times."
Abu Muhammad said: It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas similar to that.
His saying, the Most High: "If they think that they will be able to keep the limits of Allah"
2235 - Hajjaj b. Hamzah narrated to us, Shababah narrated to us, Warqa' narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid, regarding his saying: "If they think that they will be able to keep the limits of Allah," he says: If they think that their marriage is not based on deception.

٢٢٣١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ثنا عَارِمٌ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زيد، عن نحيى بْنِ عَتِيقٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: لَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ، وَيَهُزُّهَا بِهِ.
٢٢٣٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، ثنا أَسْبَاطٌ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ فَلا تَحِلُّ لَهُ مِنْ بَعْدُ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ قَالَ: فَإِنْ طَلَّقَهَا مِنْ بَعْدِ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ، وَهَذِهِ الثَّالِثَةُ، فَإِنْ نَكَحَتْ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ فَطَلَّقَهَا. قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ: وَرُوِيَ عَنْ مُقَاتِلِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ، نَحْوُ ذَلِكَ.

٢٢٣٣ - قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُزَاحِمٍ ثنا بُكَيْرُ بْنُ مَعْرُوفٍ، عَنْ مُقَاتِلِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ، قَوْلُهُ: فَإِنْ طَلَّقَهَا هَذَا الَّذِي نَكَحَهَا بَعْدَ مَا جَامَعَهَا.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: فَلا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَا أَنْ يَتَرَاجَعَا
٢٢٣٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ابنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ عَنْ مُنْذِرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ، قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِيُّ: أُشْكِلَ عَلَيَّ قَوْلُهُ: فَإِنْ طَلَّقَهَا فَلا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَا أَنْ يتراجعا فدرست القرآن، فعرضت أَنَّهُ يَعْنِي: إِذَا طَلَّقَ الزَّوْجُ الأَخِيرُ، رَجَعَتْ إِلَى زَوْجِهَا الأَوَّلِ الْمُطَلِّقِ ثَلاثًا.
قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ: وَرُوِيَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، نَحْوُ ذَلِكَ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: إِنْ ظَنَّا أَنْ يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ اللَّهِ
٢٢٣٥ - حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، ثنا شَبَابَةُ، ثنا وَرْقَاءُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، قَوْلُهُ: إِنْ ظَنَّا أَنْ يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ اللَّهِ يَقُولُ: إِنْ ظَنَّا أَنَّ نِكَاحَهُمَا عَلَى غَيْرِ دَلْسَةٍ.
٢٢٣٦ - قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، أبنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُزَاحِمٍ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ مَعْرُوفٍ، عَنْ مُقَاتِلِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ إِنْ ظَنَّا أَنْ يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ اللَّهِ يَقُولُ: أَنْ يُقِيمَا أَمَرَ اللَّهِ وَطَاعَتَهُ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: وَتِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّهِ يُبَيِّنُهَا لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ
٢٢٣٧ - وَبِهِ عَنْ مُقَاتِلِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ وَتِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّهِ يُبَيِّنُهَا لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ تِلْكَ طَاعَتُهُ يُبَيِّنُهَا لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ.
