The Third Aspect:
4699 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Yahya ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Bukayr narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to me, 'Ata' ibn Dinar narrated to me, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr regarding the saying of Allah the Exalted: "O you who have believed, endure and out-endure": He means: with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in the battlefield.
The Fourth Aspect:
4700 - It was mentioned from 'Abd al-Samad ibn 'Abd al-Warith, 'Abbad ibn Rashid narrated to us, from al-Hasan, he said: I heard him saying regarding His saying: "endure and out-endure": upon the prayers.
The Fifth Aspect:
4701 - al-Hasan ibn Ahmad narrated to us, Musa ibn Muhkam narrated to us, Abu Bakr al-Hanafi narrated to us, 'Abbad ibn Mansur narrated to us, he said: I asked al-Hasan about His saying: "endure and out-endure": He said: Out-endure upon your religion.
The Sixth Aspect:
4702 - Muhammad ibn Yahya narrated to us, al-'Abbas reported to us, Yazid narrated to us, from Sa'id, from Qatadah: "endure and out-endure": He said: Out-endure the people of misguidance.
His saying, the Exalted: "and perform Ribat (guarding)"
[The First Aspect]
4703 - Yunus ibn 'Abd al-A'la informed us by reading, Ibn Wahb reported to us, Malik ibn Anas narrated to me, from al-'Ala' ibn 'Abd al-Rahman, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he said: "Shall I not inform you of that by which Allah effaces sins and raises degrees: Performing Wudu' thoroughly despite difficulties, many footsteps to the mosques, and waiting for the prayer after the prayer; for that is the Ribat," [repeated it] three times.
