5115 - Muhammad ibn Sa'd al-'Awfi informed us in what he wrote to me: my father narrated to me, my uncle narrated to me, my father narrated to me, from his father, from Ibn 'Abbas, regarding His saying: "Except what your right hands possess," meaning: that which has been made lawful for you from women, and that is what has been made lawful from the free women, in twos, threes, and fours.
His saying, the Almighty: "[This is] the ordinance of Allah upon you."

5117 - Muhammad ibn Isma'il al-Ahmasi narrated to us, Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Hisham, from Ibn Sirin, from 'Ubaydah, regarding His saying: "[This is] the ordinance of Allah upon you," he said: The four. 5120 - Musa ibn Abi Musa narrated to us, Harun ibn Hatim narrated to us, 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Hammad narrated to us, from Asbat, from al-Suddi, from Abu Malik, regarding His saying, the Almighty: "And permitted to you are [all that is] beyond that," meaning: equal to that.

٥١١٥ - أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ الْعَوْفِيُّ فِيمَا كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، حَدَّثَنِي عَمِّي، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَوْلَهُ: إِلا مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ يَعْنِي:
الَّتِي أُحَلَّ لَكَ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ، وَهُوَ مَا أُحِلَّ مِنْ حَرَائِرِ النِّسَاءِ مَثْنَى وَثُلاثَ وَرُبَاعَ.

وَالْوَجْهُ الثَّانِي:
٥١١٧ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الأَحْمَسِيُّ، ثنا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدَةَ فِي قَوْلِهِ: كِتَابَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ قَالَ: الْأَرْبَعُ- وَرُوِيَ عَنِ عَطَاءٍ وَسَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ وَالْحَسَنِ- وَعُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ وَالسُّدِّيِّ نَحْوُ ذَلِكَ.
وَالْوَجْهُ الثَّالِثُ:
٥١١٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الأَشَجُّ وَالأَحْمَسِيُّ قَالا: ثنا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فِي قَوْلِهِ: كِتَابَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ قَالَ: مَا حَرَّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: وَأُحِلَّ لَكُمْ
٥١١٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، ثنا ابْنُ نُفَيْلٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ يَعْنِي: ابْنَ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ خُصَيْفٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ: وَأُحِلَّ لَكُمْ يَقُولُ التَّزْوِيجُ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: مَا وَرَاءَ ذَلِكُمْ
٥١٢٠ - حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ أَبِي مُوسَى ثنا هَارُونُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ أَسْبَاطٍ عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ عَنْ أَبِي مَالِكٍ قَوْلَهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: وَأُحِلَّ لَكُمْ مَا وَرَاءَ ذَلِكُمْ يَعْنِي: سَوَاءٌ ذَلِكَ.
