His saying, the Almighty: "the desires"

5172 - Hajjaj ibn Hamzah narrated to us, Shababah narrated to us, Warqa' narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid regarding His saying: "follow the desires," he said: It is adultery. Similar to this was narrated from Ibn 'Uyaynah.

His saying, the Almighty: "a great inclination"

5173 - And with the same chain, from Mujahid regarding His saying: "a great inclination," he said: You wish to commit adultery.

5174 - I read to Muhammad ibn al-Fadl, Muhammad ibn 'Ali narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Muzahim reported to us, from Bukayr ibn Ma'ruf, from Muqatil ibn Hayyan, regarding His saying: "a great inclination," and the great inclination is that the Jews claim that marrying a paternal half-sister is permissible from Allah.

His saying, the Almighty: "Allah wishes to lighten for you"

5175 - Hajjaj ibn Hamzah narrated to us, Shababah narrated to us, Warqa' narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid regarding His saying: "Allah wishes to lighten for you," he says: Regarding the marriage of a bondswoman and everything in which there is ease.

His saying, the Almighty: "And man was created weak"

5176 - Abu Sa'id al-Ashajj narrated to us, Yahya ibn Yaman narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Ibn Tawus, from his father regarding "And man was created weak," he said: In the matter of women, meaning: he cannot be patient without them.

5177 - Muhammad ibn Isma'il al-Ahmasi narrated to us, Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Ibn Tawus, from his father regarding "And man was created weak," he said: In the affair of women. Waki' said: His intellect leaves him when he is with them.

His saying, the Almighty: "O you who have believed, do not consume your wealth among yourselves by falsehood"

[The first aspect]

5178 - 'Ali ibn Harb al-Mawsili narrated to us, Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Dawud al-Awdi, from 'Amir, from 'Alqamah, from 'Abdullah regarding "O you who have believed, do not consume your wealth among yourselves by falsehood," he said: It is indeed firm; it was not abrogated, and will not be abrogated until the Day of Resurrection.

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: الشَّهَوَاتِ

٥١٧٢ - حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، ثنا شَبَابَةُ، ثنا وَرْقَاءُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ «١»

قَوْلَهُ: يَتَّبِعُونَ الشَّهَوَاتِ قَالَ: الزِّنَا- وَرُوِيَ عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ نَحْوُ ذَلِكَ.

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: أَنْ تَمِيلُوا مَيْلا عَظِيماً

٥١٧٣ - وَبِهِ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ «٢»

قَوْلَهُ مَيْلا عَظِيماً قَالَ: تُرِيدُونَ أَنْ تَزْنُوا.

٥١٧٤ - قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُزَاحِمٍ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ مَعْرُوفٍ، عَنْ مُقَاتِلِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ قَوْلَهُ: أَنْ تَمِيلُوا مَيْلا عَظِيماً وَالْمَيْلُ الْعَظِيمُ: أَنَّ اليَهُودَ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّ نِكَاحَ الأُخْتِ مِنَ الأَبِ حَلالٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ.

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ أَنْ يُخَفِّفَ عَنْكُمْ

٥١٧٥ - حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، ثنا شَبَابَةُ، ثنا وَرْقَاءُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ «٣»

قَوْلَهُ: يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ أَنْ يُخَفِّفَ عَنْكُمْ يَقُولُ: فِي نِكَاحِ الأَمَةِ وَفِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ فِيهِ يُسْرٌ.

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: وَخُلِقَ الإِنْسَانُ ضَعِيفاً

٥١٧٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الأَشَجُّ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَمَانٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَخُلِقَ الإِنْسَانُ ضَعِيفاً قَالَ: فِي شَأْنِ النِّسَاءِ أَيْ: لَا يَصْبِرُ عَنْهُنَّ

٥١٧٧ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الأَحْمَسِيُّ، ثنا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَخُلِقَ الإِنْسَانُ ضَعِيفاً قَالَ: فِي أَمْرِ النِّسَاءِ

قَالَ وَكِيعٌ: يَذْهَبُ عَقْلُهُ عِنْدَهُنَّ.

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَأْكُلُوا أَمْوَالَكُمْ بَيْنَكُمْ بِالْبَاطِلِ

٥١٧٨ - حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَرْبٍ الْمَوْصِلِيُّ، ثنا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ الأَوْدِيِّ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَأْكُلُوا أَمْوَالَكُمْ بَيْنَكُمْ بِالْبَاطِلِ قَالَ: إِنَّهَا لَمُحْكَمَةٌ مَا نُسِخَتْ، وَلا تُنْسَخُ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ.
