5345 - Abu Sa'id al-Ashaj narrated to us, Waki' narrated to us, from Hashim ibn al-Barid, from Muslim al-Batin, regarding his saying: "they could be leveled with the earth," he said: Those who disbelieved.

5346 - Muhammad ibn Sa'd al-'Awfi reported to me in what he wrote to me, my father narrated to us, my uncle narrated to me, my father narrated to me, from his father, from Ibn 'Abbas, regarding his saying: "That Day, those who disbelieved and disobeyed the Messenger will wish they could be leveled with the earth," meaning: that the earth were made level with the mountains and the earth were upon them.

5347 - My father narrated to us, 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn al-Mughirah narrated to us, Yazid ibn Zuray' informed us, from Sa'id, from Qatadah, regarding his saying: "That Day, those who disbelieved and disobeyed the Messenger will wish they could be leveled with the earth," he says: They would wish that the earth would open up so that they could sink into it, and they will not conceal any statement from Allah.

His saying, the Exalted: "and they will not conceal any statement from Allah."

5348 - Abu Sa'id al-Ashaj narrated to us, Ishaq ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn Abi Qays, from Mutarrif, from al-Minhal, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn 'Abbas, who said: A man came to him and said: O Abu 'Abbas, for when they see that none shall enter Paradise except the people of prayer, they will say: Let us deny [it], so they will deny it, then their mouths will be sealed, and their hands and feet will testify, and they will not conceal any statement from Allah.

5349 - Abu Sa'id al-Ashaj narrated to us, Abu Khalid narrated to us, from Sa'd ibn Tariq Abu Malik al-Ashja'i, from Rib'i ibn Hirash, from Hudhayfah, who said: Allah will bring one of His servants whom Allah had given wealth, and He will say to him: What did you do in the world? "and they will not conceal any statement from Allah," he said: O Lord, You gave me wealth and I used to trade with people, and it was in my nature to be lenient, so I would make things easy for the wealthy and grant respite to the impoverished. Allah, the Exalted, will say: I have more right to that than you; pardon My servant. 'Uqbah ibn 'Amir or Abu Mas'ud al-Ansari then said: That is how we heard it from the mouth of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace).

5350 - My father narrated to us, Abu Salih narrated to us, Mu'awiyah ibn Salih narrated to me, from 'Ali ibn Abi Talhah, from Ibn 'Abbas regarding his saying: "and they will not conceal any statement from Allah," he said: With their limbs.
