His saying, the Almighty: "They became blind and deaf."

[6639] Ahmad ibn ‘Uthman ibn Hakim reported to me in writing: Ahmad ibn al-Mufaddal narrated to us, Asbat narrated to us, from al-Suddi, regarding "They became blind and deaf," meaning: from the truth.

[6640] Hajjaj ibn Hamzah narrated to us, Shababah narrated to us, Warqa’ narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid, regarding "They became blind and deaf," he said: The Jews.

His saying, the Almighty: "Then Allah turned to them, then many of them became blind and deaf."

[6641] Muhammad ibn Yahya narrated to us, al-Walid ibn al-‘Abbas narrated to us, Yazid narrated to us, from Sa‘id, from Qatadah, regarding His saying: "Then Allah turned to them, then many of them became blind and deaf," he says: Every time a trial occurred to them and they were tested by it, they perished.

His saying, the Almighty: "Certainly, those who have said, 'Allah is the Messiah, the son of Mary,'" up to His saying: "and your Lord."

[6642] Muhammad ibn Yahya narrated to us, Abu Ghassan narrated to us, Salamah ibn al-Fadl narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, who said: Regarding what Muhammad ibn Abi Muhammad narrated to me, from ‘Ikrimah or Sa‘id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn ‘Abbas, regarding His saying: "Worship," meaning: Declare the Oneness of your Lord.

His saying, the Almighty: "Indeed, he who associates others with Allah," the verse.

[6643] My father narrated to us, Musa ibn Isma‘il narrated to us, Sadaqah ibn Musa narrated to us, from Abu ‘Imran al-Jawni, from Yazid ibn Qabus, from ‘A’ishah, from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), who said: "The records (diwans) on the Day of Resurrection are three: A record that Allah will not forgive, a record that Allah will not pay any attention to, and a record that Allah will not leave alone. As for the record that will not be forgiven, it is that Allah does not forgive that partners be associated with Him." And he recited: "Indeed, he who associates others with Allah—Allah has forbidden Paradise to him, and his refuge is the Fire. And there are not for the wrongdoers any helpers."

His saying, the Almighty: "Certainly, they have disbelieved who say, 'Allah is the third of three.'"

[6644] Hajjaj ibn Hamzah narrated to us, Shababah narrated to us, Warqa’ narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid, regarding His saying: "Certainly, they have disbelieved who say, 'Allah is the third of three,'" he said: The Christians say that Allah is the third of three, and they have lied.

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: فَعَمُوا وَصَمُّوا

٦٦٣٩ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ فِيمَا كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ، ثنا أَسْبَاطٌ عَنِ السدي فَعَمُوا وَصَمُّوا يَعْنِي: عَنِ الْحَقِّ.

٦٦٤٠ - حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، ثنا شَبَابَةُ، ثنا وَرْقَاءُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ فَعَمُوا وَصَمُّوا قَالَ: يَهُودُ.

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: ثُمَّ تَابَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ ثُمَّ عَمُوا وَصَمُّوا كَثِيرٌ منهم

٦٦٤١ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، ثنا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ، ثنا يَزِيدُ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَوْلَهُ: ثُمَّ تَابَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ ثُمَّ عَمُوا وصموا كثير منهم يَقُولُ: كُلَّمَا عَرَضَ لَهُمْ بَلاءٌ ابْتُلُوا بِهِ هَلَكُوا.

قَوْلَه تَعَالَى: لَقَدْ كَفَرَ الَّذِينَ قَالُوا إن الله هو المسيح ابن مريم إلى قولة: وربكم

٦٦٤٢ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، ثنا أَبُو غَسَّانَ، ثنا سَلَمَةُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ: فِيمَا حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ أَوْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَوْلَهُ: اعْبُدُوا أَيْ وَحِّدُوا رَبَّكُمْ.

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: إِنَّهُ مَنْ يشرك بالله الآيَةَ

٦٦٤٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، ثنا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ الجذي عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ قَابُوسَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:

الدَّوَاوِينُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ثَلاثَةٌ: دِيوَانٌ لَا يَغْفِرُهُ اللَّهُ، وَدِيوَانٌ لَا يَعْبَأُ اللَّهُ بِهِ شَيْئًا، وَدِيوَانٌ لَا يَدَعُهُ اللَّهُ لِشَيْءٍ. فَأَمَّا الدِّيوَانُ الذي لا يغفر ف إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَغْفِرُ أَنْ يُشْرَكَ بِهِ وَقَالَ:

إِنَّهُ مَنْ يُشْرِكْ بِاللَّهِ فَقَدْ حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ وَمَأْوَاهُ النَّارُ وَمَا لِلظَّالِمِينَ مِنْ أَنْصَارٍ «١» .

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: لَقَدْ كَفَرَ الَّذِينَ قَالُوا إِنَّ الله ثالث ثلاثة

٦٦٤٤ - حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، ثنا شَبَابَةُ، ثنا وَرْقَاءُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ «٢»

قَوْلَهُ: لَقَدْ كَفَرَ الَّذِينَ قَالُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ ثَالِثُ ثَلاثَةٍ قَالَ: النَّصَارَى يَقُولُونَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ ثَالِثُ ثَلَاثَةٍ، وكذبوا.
