His saying, the Exalted: "with the Holy Spirit"

[6979] Ahmad ibn Sinan al-Wasiti narrated to us, 'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us from Salamah ibn Kuhayl, Abu al-Za'ra' narrated to us, who said: 'Abdullah said: "The Holy Spirit is Gabriel." A similar narration was reported from Muhammad ibn Ka'b al-Qurazi, Qatadah, 'Atiyyah al-'Awfi, al-Suddi, al-Rabi' ibn Anas, and Isma'il ibn Abi Khalid.

[First Aspect]

[6980] Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Minjab ibn al-Harith narrated to us, Bishr ibn 'Umarah narrated to us from Abu Rawq, from al-Dahhak, from Ibn 'Abbas regarding "with the Holy Spirit," he said: It is the name with which Jesus would revive the dead. A similar narration was reported from Sa'id ibn Jubayr.

Second Aspect:

[6981] Muhammad ibn Sa'd informed us, in what he wrote to me, my father narrated to me, my uncle narrated to me, my father narrated to me from his father, from Ibn 'Abbas regarding his saying: "When I supported you with the Holy Spirit," he said: The Holy (al-Qudus) is the Purified.

Third Aspect:

[6982] My father narrated to us, Abu Hudhayfah narrated to us, Shibl narrated to us from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid regarding "with the Holy Spirit," he said: The Holy is Allah, Blessed and Exalted.

Fourth Aspect:

[6983] Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, 'Amr ibn Hammad narrated to us, Asbat narrated to us from al-Suddi, who said: The Holy is the blessing.

His saying, the Exalted: "You speak to the people in the cradle"

[6984] Abu al-Saqr Yahya ibn Muhammad ibn Qaza'ah narrated to us in Samarra, Husayn al-Marrudhi narrated to us, Jarir ibn Hatim narrated to us from Muhammad, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "None spoke in the cradle except three: Jesus, a boy who was in the time of Jurayj, and another boy."
