7508 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, 'Amr ibn Hammad ibn Talha al-Qannad narrated to us, Asbat narrated to us, from al-Suddi, regarding His saying: "So when the night covered him, he saw a star." He said: His departure occurred when he exited from the underground cavern after the setting of the sun.

7509 - My father narrated to us, Ahmad ibn 'Abada al-Dabbi narrated to us, Husayn ibn Hasan al-Ashqar narrated to us, al-Sabah ibn Yahya narrated to us, from Zayd ibn 'Ali, regarding His saying: "So when the night covered him, he saw a star." He said: It was Venus.
The second aspect:
7510 - Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr al-Muqaddami narrated to us, al-Qa'nabi narrated to us, 'Ali ibn 'Abis narrated to us, from al-Suddi, regarding the saying of Allah: "So when the night covered him, he saw a star." He said: It is Jupiter.
His saying: "He said, 'This is my Lord'"
7511 - My father narrated to me, Abu Salih narrated to us, Mu'awiya ibn Salih narrated to me, from 'Ali ibn Abi Talha, from Ibn 'Abbas, regarding His saying: "He saw a star, he said, 'This is my Lord.'" He worshipped it until it set.
His saying: "So when it set"
7512 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, 'Amr ibn Hammad ibn Talha narrated to us, Asbat narrated to us, from al-Suddi, regarding His saying: "So when it set, he said, 'I like not those that disappear.'" He said: When he raised his head to the heaven, there he was with the star, and it was Jupiter, so he said: "This is my Lord." It did not remain long before it disappeared.
7513 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Yahya ibn 'Abd Allah narrated to us, 'Abd Allah ibn Lahi'a narrated to me, 'Ata' ibn Dinar narrated to me, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, regarding the saying of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic: "So when it set." He said: It went away.
His saying: "He said, 'I like not those that disappear'"
7514 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, 'Amr ibn Hammad ibn Talha narrated to us, Asbat narrated to us, from al-Suddi, regarding His saying: "He said, 'I like not those that disappear.'" He said: I do not like a Lord that disappears.
قَوْلُهُ: فَلَمَّا جَنَّ عَلَيْهِ اللَّيْلُ
٧٥٠٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ حَمَّادِ بْنِ طَلْحَةَ الْقَنَّادُ، ثنا أَسْبَاطٌ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ يَعْنِي قَوْلَهُ: فَلَمَّا جَنَّ عَلَيْهِ اللَّيْلُ رَأَى كوكبا قَالَ: وَكَانَ خُرُوجُهُ حِينَ خَرَجَ مِنَ السَّرَبِ بَعْدَ غروب الشمس.

قوله: فلما جن عليه الليل رأى كوكبا قَالَ: الزُّهَرَةُ.

٧٥١٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْمُقَدَّمِيُّ، ثنا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَابِسٍ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ، فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ: فَلَمَّا جَنَّ عَلَيْهِ اللَّيْلُ رَأَى كَوْكَبًا قَالَ: هُوَ الْمُشْتَرَى.
قَوْلُهُ: قَالَ هَذَا رَبِّي
٧٥١١ - حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، ثنا أَبُو صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنِي مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَوْلَهُ: رَأَى كَوْكَبًا قَالَ هَذَا رَبِّي، فعَبَدَهُ حَتَّى غَابَ.
قَوْلُهُ: فَلَمَّا أَفَلَ
٧٥١٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ حَمَّادِ بْنِ طَلْحَةَ، ثنا أَسْبَاطٌ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ قَوْلُهُ: فَلَمَّا أَفَلَ قَالَ لا أُحِبُّ الآفِلِينَ، قَالَ: فَلَمَّا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ فَإِذَا هو بالكوكب، وهو المشترى، ف قال: هَذَا رَبِّي، فَلَمْ يَلْبَثْ أَنْ غَابَ.
٧٥١٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ، فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فَلَمَّا أَفَلَ، قَالَ: ذَهَبَ.
قَوْلُهُ: قَالَ لَا أُحِبُّ الآفِلِينَ
٧٥١٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ حَمَّادِ بْنِ طَلْحَةَ، ثنا أَسْبَاطٌ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ قَوْلُهُ: قَالَ لا أُحِبُّ الآفِلِينَ، قَالَ: لَا أُحِبُّ رَبًّا يَغِيبُ.
