7679 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Safwan narrated to us, al-Walid narrated to us, Sa'id ibn Bashir narrated to us from Qatadah: "And the sun and the moon for calculation," meaning: for illumination.
7680 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Yahya ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Bukayr narrated to us, 'Abd Allah ibn Lahi'ah narrated to me, 'Ata' ibn Dinar narrated to me from Sa'id ibn Jubayr: "The Knowing," meaning: He is knowledgeable of them.
His saying: "And it is He who made the stars for you that you may be guided by them"
7681 - Muhammad ibn Sa'd informed us in what he wrote to me, my father narrated to me, my paternal uncle narrated to me from his father from 'Atiyyah from Ibn 'Abbas: regarding His saying: "And it is He who made the stars for you that you may be guided by them in the darkness of the land and the sea," he said: A man might get lost while he is in the darkness and stray from the path.
His saying: "And it is He who produced you from one soul"
7682 - Ahmad ibn 'Uthman ibn Hakim al-Awdi informed us in what he wrote to me, Ahmad ibn Mufaddal narrated to us, Asbat narrated to us from al-Suddi, regarding His saying: "And it is He who produced you from one soul": As for "one soul," it is from Adam.
It was narrated from Mujahid, Abu Malik, Qatadah, and Muqatil ibn Hayyan something similar.
His saying, the Almighty: "So there is [for each] a place of settlement"

7683 - Muhammad ibn Hammad al-Tehrani narrated to us, Hafs ibn 'Umar al-'Adani narrated to us, al-Hakam ibn Aban narrated to us from 'Ikrimah from Ibn 'Abbas: "A place of settlement and a place of storage," he said: The "place of settlement" is what was in the wombs of women.
It was narrated from 'Abd Allah ibn Mas'ud, Qays ibn Abi Hazim, Abu 'Abd al-Rahman al-Sulami, 'Ata', Mujahid, al-Nakha'i, al-Dahhak, Qatadah, al-Suddi, and 'Ata' al-Khurasani something similar.

7684 - Al-Hasan ibn Abi al-Rabi' narrated to us, 'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ibn 'Uyaynah narrated to us from Isma'il ibn Abi Khalid from Ibrahim, he said: 'Abd Allah said: A place of settlement in the world.

٧٦٧٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ ثنا صَفْوَانُ ثنا الْوَلِيدُ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ:
وَالشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ حُسْبَانًا، أَيْ: ضِيَاءً.
٧٦٨٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ: الْعَلِيمِ يَعْنِي عَالِمًا بِهَا.
قَوْلُهُ: وَهُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَ لكم النجوم لتهتدوا بها
٧٦٨١ - أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ فِيمَا كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنِي عَمِّي عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: قَوْلَهُ: وَهُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ النُّجُومَ لِتَهْتَدُوا بِهَا فِي ظُلُمَاتِ الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ، قَالَ: يَضِلُّ الرَّجُلُ، وَهُوَ فِي الظُّلْمَةِ وَالْجَوْرِ عَنِ الطَّرِيقِ «١» .
قَوْلُهُ: وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَنْشَأَكُمْ مِنْ نَفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ
٧٦٨٢ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ الأَوْدِيُّ فِيمَا كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُفَضَّلٍ ثنا أَسْبَاطٌ عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ، يَعْنِي قَوْلَهُ: وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَنْشَأَكُمْ مِنْ نَفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ:
أَمَّا نَفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ فَمِنْ آدَمَ.
وَرُوِيَ عَنِ مُجَاهِدٍ وَأَبِي مَالِكٍ وَقَتَادَةَ وَمُقَاتِلٍ بْنِ حَيَّانَ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: فَمُسْتَقَرٌّ

٧٦٨٣ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ الطِّهْرَانِيُّ ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْعَدَنِيُّ ثنا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ أَبَانَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: فَمُسْتَقَرٌّ وَمُسْتَوْدَعٌ قَالَ: الْمُسْتَقَرُّ مَا كَانَ فِي أَرْحَامِ النِّسَاءِ.
وَرُوِيَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَقَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ وَأَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيِّ وَعَطَاءٍ وَمُجَاهِدٍ وَالنَّخَعِيِّ وَالضَّحَّاكِ وَقَتَادَةَ «٢» وَالسُّدِّيِّ وَعَطَاءٍ الخرساني نَحْوُ ذَلِكَ.

٧٦٨٤ - حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَبِي الرَّبِيعِ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ «٣» ثنا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ إسماعيل ابن أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ: قَالَ عَبْدُ الله: مستقر في الدنيا.
