His saying: "And exalted is He above what they describe."
7729 - My father narrated to us, Nasr ibn 'Ali narrated to us, my father narrated to us from Khalid ibn Qays from Qatadah regarding "And exalted is He above what they describe," he said: "Meaning above what they lie about."
The saying of the Most High: "The Originator of the heavens and the earth."
7730 - 'Isam ibn Rawwad al-'Asqalani narrated to us, Adam narrated to us from Abu Ja'far from al-Rabi' from Abu al-'Aliyah regarding His saying: "The Originator of the heavens and the earth," he said: "He originated their creation, and no one shared with Him in their creation." A similar statement was narrated from al-Rabi' ibn Anas.
7731 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, 'Amr ibn Hammad ibn Talhah narrated to us, Asbat narrated to us from al-Suddi: "The Originator of the heavens and the earth," he says: "He originated them and created them, and He did not create anything before them so that it could be compared to Him." A similar statement was narrated from Mujahid.
His saying: "How can He have children when He has no wife," to the end of the verse.
7732 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Yahya ibn 'Abd Allah narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to me, 'Ata' ibn Dinar narrated to me from Sa'id ibn Jubayr regarding His saying: "All-Knowing of everything," he means: "He is Knowing of your deeds."
His saying, the Almighty and Majestic: "That is Allah, your Lord; there is no god but He, the Creator of everything."
7733 - Muhammad ibn Yahya narrated to us, Abu Ghassan narrated to us, Salamah ibn al-Fadl narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Ishaq said: "There is no god but He," meaning: "There is no partner with Him in His command."
His saying: "So worship Him, and He is over all things a Disposer of affairs."
7734 - Muhammad ibn Yahya narrated to us, Abu Ghassan narrated to us, Salamah ibn al-Fadl narrated to us from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, who said in what Muhammad ibn Abi Muhammad narrated to me from 'Ikrimah or Sa'id ibn Jubayr from Ibn 'Abbas: "Worship Him," meaning: "Declare His oneness."

7735 - Abu Sa'id ibn Yahya ibn Sa'id al-Qattan narrated to us, Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, Abu Bakr ibn 'Ayyash narrated to us from 'Asim ibn Abi al-Najud from Abu al-Duha from Masruq from 'Aishah, she said: "Whoever claims that Muhammad saw his Lord has lied, for Allah says: 'Vision perceives Him not, but He perceives [all] vision.'"
قَوْلُهُ: وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ
٧٧٢٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ثنا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا أَبِي عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ أي عما يكذبون.
قوله تعالى: بديع السماوات وَالأَرْضِ
٧٧٣٠ - حَدَّثَنَا عِصَامُ بْنُ رَوَّادٍ الْعَسْقَلانِيُّ ثنا آدَمُ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ: قَوْلُهُ: بديع السماوات وَالأَرْضِ، قَالَ: ابْتَدَعَ خَلْقَهُمَا، وَلَمْ يَشْرَكْهُ فِي خَلْقِهِمَا أَحَدٌ. وَرُوِيَ عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ نَحْوُ ذَلِكَ.
٧٧٣١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ حَمَّادِ بْنِ طَلْحَةَ ثنا أَسْبَاطٌ عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ:
بَدِيعُ السماوات وَالأَرْضِ، يَقُولُ: ابْتَدَعَهُمَا فَخَلَقَهُمَا، وَلَمْ يَخْلُقْ قَبْلَهُمَا شَيْئًا فَيَتَمَثَّلَ عَلَيْهِ.
وَرُوِيَ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ نَحْوُ ذَلِكَ.
قَوْلُهُ: أَنَّى يَكُونُ لَهُ وَلَدٌ وَلَمْ تَكُنْ له صاحبة الآيَةَ.
٧٧٣٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ: قَوْلَهُ: بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ يَعْنِي مِنْ أَعْمَالِكُمْ عَلِيمٌ.
قَوْلُهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: ذَلِكُمُ اللَّهُ رَبُّكُمْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ خالق كل شَيْءٍ
٧٧٣٣ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ثنا أَبُو غَسَّانَ ثنا سَلَمَةُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ قَالَ: قَالَ مُحَمَّدُ ابن إِسْحَاقَ: لا إِلَهَ إِلا هُوَ أَيْ: لَيْسَ مَعَهُ غَيْرُهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي أَمْرِهِ.
قَوْلُهُ: فَاعْبُدُوهُ، وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَكِيلٌ
٧٧٣٤ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ثنا أَبُو غَسَّانَ ثنا سَلَمَةُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ: فِيمَا حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ أبو سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: اعْبُدُوا أي: وحدوا.
