His saying, the Almighty: "Indeed, Allah will gather the hypocrites and the disbelievers in Hell all together," [until] the verse.
[6129] And by the same chain, from Muqatil regarding His saying: "Indeed, Allah will gather the hypocrites and the disbelievers in Hell all together," he said: "Indeed, Allah will gather the hypocrites from the people of Medina and the polytheists from the people of Mecca—those who engaged in idle talk and mocked the Quran—in Hell all together."
His saying, the Almighty: "Those who wait [and watch] you. Then if there is a victory for you from Allah, they say, 'Were we not with you?'"
[6130] My father narrated to us, 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn al-Mughirah narrated to us, Yazid ibn Zuray' narrated to us, Sa'id narrated to us, from Qatadah regarding His saying: "Those who wait [and watch] you. Then if there is a victory for you from Allah, they say, 'Were we not with you?'" He said: "They are the hypocrites."
His saying, the Almighty: "And if there is for the disbelievers a portion."
[6131] Musa ibn Abi Musa al-Khatmi narrated to us, Harun ibn Hatim narrated to us, 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Hammad narrated to us, from Asbat, from al-Suddi, from Abu Malik regarding His saying: "A portion," meaning: "a share."
His saying, the Almighty: "'Did we not prevail over you?'"
[6132] Ahmad ibn 'Uthman ibn Hakim narrated to us, Ahmad ibn Mufaddal narrated to us, Asbat narrated to us, from al-Suddi regarding His saying: "And if there is for the disbelievers a portion, they say, 'Did we not prevail over you?'" He says: "Meaning: 'Did we not gain victory over you?'"
His saying, the Almighty: "'And protect you from the believers?'"
[6133] My father narrated to us, 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn al-Mughirah narrated to us, Yazid ibn Zuray' narrated to us, from Sa'id, from Qatadah regarding His saying: "'And protect you from the believers?' So Allah will judge between you on the Day of Resurrection." He said: "They are the hypocrites."
[6134] Abu Harun Muhammad ibn Khalid al-Harrani narrated to us, 'Abd Allah ibn al-Jahm narrated to us, 'Amr (meaning Ibn Abi Qays) narrated to us, from 'Asim, from Abu Wa'il, from 'Abd Allah ibn Mas'ud who said: "People will gather on a single level ground, on a white earth like a silver ingot. Then, the first of the disputes of the people to be adjudicated will be the shedding of blood. The killer and the victim will be brought and made to stand before the Most Merciful. It will be said to him: 'Why did you kill him?' If he killed him for the sake of Allah, he will say: 'I killed him so that the word of Allah might be supreme.' It will be said: 'Then it is indeed for Allah.' And if he killed him for [the sake of] a creation from among the creation of Allah, he will say: 'I killed him so that the word of so-and-so might be supreme.' It will be said: 'Then it is not for him.' So every creature of Allah will be killed by him on that day, [in retaliation for] whom he killed unjustly, except that he will be made to taste death for the number of days that he made the other [victim] taste [it] in the world."
قوله تعالى: إن الله جامع المنافقين الْآيَةَ.
٦١٢٩ - وَبِهِ عَنْ مُقَاتِلٍ قَوْلَهُ: إِنَّ اللَّهَ جَامِعُ الْمُنَافِقِينَ وَالْكَافِرِينَ فِي جَهَنَّمَ جَمِيعًا قَالَ: إِنَّ اللَّهَ جَامِعُ الْمُنَافِقِينَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ وَالْمُشْرِكِينَ مِنْ أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ، الَّذِينَ خَاضُوا وَاسْتَهْزَءُوا بِالْقُرْآنِ فِي جَهَنَّمَ جَمِيعًا.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: الَّذِينَ يَتَرَبَّصُونَ بِكُمْ فَإِنْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فَتْحٌ من الله قالوا ألم نكن معكم.
٦١٣٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، ثنا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ يَعْنِي قَوْلَهُ: الَّذِينَ يَتَرَبَّصُونَ بِكُمْ فَإِنْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فَتْحٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ قَالُوا أَلَمْ نَكُنْ مَعَكُمْ قال: هم المنافقين.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: وَإِنْ كَانَ لِلْكَافِرِينَ نَصِيبٌ.
٦١٣١ - حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ أَبِي مُوسَى الْخَطْمِيُّ، ثنا هَارُونُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ابْنُ أَبِي حَمَّادٍ عَنْ أَسْبَاطٍ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي مَالِكٍ قَوْلَهُ: نَصِيبٌ يَعْنِي: حَظًّا.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: أَلَمْ نَسْتَحْوِذْ عَلَيْكُمْ.
٦١٣٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُفَضَّلٍ، ثنا أَسْبَاطٌ عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ قَوْلُهُ: وَإِنْ كَانَ لِلْكَافِرِينَ نَصِيبٌ قَالُوا أَلَمْ نَسْتَحْوِذْ عَلَيْكُمْ يَقُولُ: نَغْلِبْ عَلَيْكُمْ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: وَنَمْنَعْكُمْ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ.
٦١٣٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَوْلَهُ: وَنَمْنَعْكُمْ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فَاللَّهُ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَكُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ قَالَ: هُمُ الْمُنَافِقُونَ
٦١٣٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هَارُونَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْجَهْمِ ثنا عَمْرٌو يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي قَيْسٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: يَجْتَمِعُ النَّاسُ فِي صَعِيدٍ وَاحِدٍ فِي أَرْضٍ بَيْضَاءَ كَأَنَّهَا سَبِيكَةٌ فِضِّيَّةٌ، ثُمَّ أَوَّلُ مَا يُقْضَى فِيهِ مِنْ خُصُومَاتِ النَّاسِ الدِّمَاءُ، فَيُؤْتَى بِالْقَاتِلِ وَالْمَقْتُولِ فَيُوقَفَانِ بَيْنَ يَدَيِ الرَّحْمَنِ، فَيُقَالُ لَهُ:
لِمَ قَتَلْتَهُ؟ فَإِنْ قَتَلَهُ لِلَّهِ قَالَ: قَتَلْتُهُ لِتَكُونَ الْعِزَّةُ لِلَّهِ، قَالَ: فَيُقَالُ: فَإِنَّهَا لِلَّهِ، وَإِنْ كَانَ
