His saying: "touch you"
9171 - Muhammad ibn al-'Abbas, the freedman of the Banu Hashim, narrated to us, Muhammad ibn 'Amr narrated to us, Salama narrated to us, from Ibn Ishaq: "touch you for what you took" - meaning, I would have punished you for what you did.
His saying: "a great punishment would have touched you for what you took"
9172 - My father narrated to us, al-Husayn ibn al-Rabi' narrated to us, Ibn Idris narrated to us, he said: Ibn Ishaq said, Ibn Abi Najih narrated to us, from 'Ata', from Ibn 'Abbas regarding His saying: "a great punishment would have touched you for what you took" - he says: The spoils of Badr before I made them lawful for them. He says: Had it not been that I do not punish those who disobey Me until I have given them notice beforehand, "a great punishment would have touched you for what you took."
9173 - My father narrated to us, 'Amr ibn 'Awn and Ahmad ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Yunus narrated to us, they said: Sharik narrated to us, from Salim, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr regarding: "touch you for what you took" - he said: From the ransom, a great punishment.
His saying: "So eat of what you have taken as spoils, lawful and good"
9174 - Yazid ibn Sinan, resident of Egypt, narrated to us, 'Umar ibn Yunus al-Yamami narrated to us, 'Ikrimah ibn 'Ammar narrated to us, Abu Zumayl narrated to us, 'Abd Allah ibn 'Abbas narrated to us, 'Umar ibn al-Khattab narrated to us, he said: So Allah revealed: "So eat of what you have taken as spoils, lawful and good," and so Allah made the spoils lawful for them.
His saying: "O Prophet, say to whoever is in your hands of the captives"
9175 - 'Ammar ibn Khalid narrated to us, Abu Sayfi narrated to us, he said: I heard Sa'id ibn Abi Sa'id al-Maqburi, from Abu Hurayrah, he said: Al-'Abbas ibn 'Abd al-Muttalib used to say: Allah bestowed upon me this verse: "O Prophet, say to whoever is in your hands of the captives," and He gave me, in place of what was taken from me, forty slaves for forty uqiyahs. And the like of that was narrated from Sa'id ibn Jubayr.
9176 - My father narrated to us, Abu Salama narrated to us, Wuhayb narrated to us, from Dawud, from 'Amir: "O Prophet, say to whoever is in your hands of the captives." 'Amir said: Al-'Abbas, 'Uqayl, and Nawfal ibn al-Harith ibn 'Abd al-Muttalib were taken captive on the day of Badr.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: لَمَسَّكُمْ
٩١٧١ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ثنا سَلَمَةُ عَنْ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ لَمَسَّكُمْ فِيمَا أَخَذْتُمْ لَعَذَّبْتُكُمْ فِيمَا صَنَعْتُمْ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: لَمَسَّكُمْ فِيمَا أَخَذْتُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ
٩١٧٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ ثنا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ قَالَ ابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَوْلُهُ: لَمَسَّكُمْ فِيمَا أَخَذْتُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ يَقُولُ:
غَنَائِمَ بَدْرٍ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُحِلَّهَا لَهُمْ يَقُولُ: لَوْلا أَنِّي لَا أُعَذِّبُ مَنْ عَصَانِي حتى أتقدم إليهم لَمَسَّكُمْ فِيمَا أَخَذْتُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ
٩١٧٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يُونُسَ قَالا: ثنا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ لَمَسَّكُمْ فِيمَا أَخَذْتُمْ قَالَ: مِنَ الْفِدَاءِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: فَكُلُوا مِمَّا غَنِمْتُمْ حَلالاً طَيِّبًا
٩١٧٤ - حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ نَزِيلُ مِصْرَ ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ يُونُسَ الْيَمَامِيُّ ثنا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُمَيْلٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ: فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فَكُلُوا مِمَّا غَنِمْتُمْ حَلالاً طَيِّبًا فَأَحَلَّ اللَّهُ الْغَنِيمَةَ لَهُمْ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُلْ لِمَنْ فِي أَيْدِيكُمْ مِنَ الأَسْرَى
٩١٧٥ - حَدَّثَنَا عَمَّارُ بن خالد ثنا أبو صيفي قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيَّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: كَانَ الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ يَقُولُ: أَعْطَانِي اللَّهُ هَذِهِ الآيَةَ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُلْ لِمَنْ فِي أَيْدِيكُمْ مِنَ الأَسْرَى وَأَعْطَانِي مَكَانَ مَا أَخَذَ مِنِّي أَرْبَعُونَ أُوقِيَّةً أَرْبَعِينَ عَبْدًا. وَرُوِيَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ نَحْوُ ذَلِكَ.
٩١٧٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ثنا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ ثنا وهَيْبٌ عَنْ دَاوُدَ عَنْ عَامِرٍ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُلْ لِمَنْ فِي أَيْدِيكُمْ مِنَ الأَسْرَى فَقَالَ عَامِرٌ: أُسِرَ يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ الْعَبَّاسُ وَعُقَيْلُ وَنَوْفَلُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ.
