Tafsir Ibn Abi Hatim
Volume 5 · Page 85His saying, the Exalted: 'And they will say, "Praise to Allah, who has guided us to this"'

Translation · EN

Asbat, from al-Suddi: Regarding His saying: "And We will remove whatever is in their breasts of resentment, rivers flowing beneath them:" He said: When the people of Paradise hasten to Paradise and reach it, they will find at its gate a tree with two springs at the base of its trunk. They will drink from one of them, which will remove whatever is in their breasts of resentment, and it is the purifying drink. They will bathe from the other, and the radiance of bliss will spread over them, and they will never be disheveled or weary after that, ever.
