10016 - Muhammad ibn Yahya narrated to us, al-'Abbas ibn al-Walid informed us, Yazid ibn Zuray' narrated to us from Sa'id from Qatadah regarding His saying: "But if they repent, establish prayer, and give zakah, then they are your brothers in religion," he says: If they abandon al-Lat and al-'Uzza, and testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, then they are your brothers in religion.

١٠٠١٨ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ- فِيمَا كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ- ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُفَضَّلٍ ثنا أَسْبَاطٌ عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ قَوْلُهُ: وَنُفَصِّلُ الآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يعلمون أَمَّا نُفَصِّلُ: فَنُبَيِّنُ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: وَإِنْ نَكَثُوا أَيْمَانَهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ عَهْدِهِمْ وَطَعَنُوا فِي دِينِكُمْ
١٠٠١٩ - أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ- فِيمَا كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ- ثنا أَبِي ثنا عَمِّي الْحُسَيْنُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَوْلُهُ: وَإِنْ نَكَثُوا أَيْمَانَهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ عَهْدِهِمْ وَطَعَنُوا فِي دِينِكُمْ فَقَاتِلُوا أَئِمَّةَ الْكُفْرِ سَمَّاهُمْ أَئِمَّةَ الْكُفْرِ بَيْنَكَ وَبَيْنَهُمْ قَاتِلْهُمْ، إِنَّهُمْ أَئِمَّةُ الْكُفْرِ.
