Translation · EN

His saying, the Almighty: "As for those who have believed, it has increased them in faith, while they are rejoicing."

10144 - Muhammad ibn Sa'd informed us in what he wrote to me, my father told us, my uncle al-Husayn told us, from his father, from his grandfather, from Ibn Abbas regarding His saying: "As for those who have believed, it has increased them in faith, while they are rejoicing," he said: Whenever a Surah was revealed, they believed in it, so it increased them in faith and verification, and they were rejoicing because of it.

His saying, the Almighty: "And as for those in whose hearts is a disease."

[The First View]

10145 - Abu Zur'ah told us, Minjab told us, Bishr ibn 'Umarah informed us, from Abu Rawq, from al-Dahhak, from Ibn Abbas regarding His saying: "And as for those in whose hearts is a disease," he said: The disease is hypocrisy.

The Second View:

10146 - Ahmad ibn Mansur al-Ramadi told us, 'Abd al-Razzaq told us, Ma'mar informed us, from Ibn Tawus, from his father, regarding His saying: "And as for those in whose hearts is a disease," he said: That was concerning some matters of the women.

His saying, the Almighty: "It has added filth to their filth, and they died while they were disbelievers."

10147 - 'Abd Allah ibn Sulayman told us, al-Husayn ibn 'Ali told us, 'Amir ibn al-Furat told us, from Asbat, from al-Suddi, regarding His saying: "It has added filth to their filth," he says: Doubt to their doubt.

His saying, the Almighty: "Do they not see that they are tried every year once or twice?"

10148 - Abu Zur'ah told us, Minjab told us, Bishr ibn 'Umarah informed us, from Abu Rawq, from al-Dahhak, from Ibn Abbas, regarding His saying: "Do they not see that they are tried every year once or twice?" He said: They are tested.

10149 - Hajjaj ibn Hamzah told us, Shababah told us, Warqa' told us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid regarding: "They are tried," they are tested "every year once or twice": by drought and hunger.

The Second View:

10150 - My father told us, Muhammad ibn 'Abd al-A'la told us, Muhammad ibn Thawr told us, from Ma'mar, from al-Hasan regarding His saying: "They are tried every year once or twice," he said: They are tested by the enemy every year once or twice."

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فَزَادَتْهُمْ إِيمَانًا وَهُمْ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ

١٠١٤٤ - أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ فِيمَا كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ ثنا أَبِي ثنا عَمِّي الْحُسَيْنُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَوْلُهُ: فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فَزَادَتْهُمْ إِيمَانًا وَهُمْ يستبشرون قَالَ:

كَانَ إِذَا أُنْزِلَتْ سُورَةٌ آمَنُوا بِهَا فَزَادَتْهُمْ إِيمَانًا وَتَصْدِيقًا وَكَانُوا بها يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ.

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ مرض.

١٠١٤٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ ثنا مِنْجَابٌ أَنْبَأَ بِشْرٌ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي رَوْقٍ عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَوْلُهُ: وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ مَرَضٌ قَالَ: الْمَرَضُ: النِّفَاقُ.

وَالوجه الثَّانِي:

١٠١٤٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الرَّمَادِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنْبَأَ مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ فِي قَوْلِهِ: وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ مَرَضٌ قَالَ: كَانَ ذَلِكَ فِي بَعْضِ أُمُورِ النِّسَاءِ.

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: فَزَادَتْهُمْ رِجْسًا إِلَى رِجْسِهِمْ وَمَاتُوا وَهُمْ كَافِرُونَ

١٠١٤٧ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا عَامِرِ بْنِ الْفُرَاتِ عَنْ أَسْبَاطٍ عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ قَوْلُهُ: فَزَادَتْهُمْ رِجْسًا إِلَى رِجْسِهِمْ يَقُولُ: شَكًّا إِلَى شَكِّهِمْ

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: أَوَلا يَرَوْنَ أَنَّهُمْ يُفْتَنُونَ فِي كُلِّ عَامٍ مَرَّةً أو مرتين.

١٠١٤٩ - حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ ثنا شَبَابَةُ ثنا وَرْقَاءُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ يُفْتَنُونَ يُبْتَلَوْنَ فِي كُلِّ عَامٍ مَرَّةً أَوْ مَرَّتَيْنِ: بِالسَّنَةِ وَالْجُوعِ.

وَالْوَجْهُ الثَّانِي:

١٠١٥٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ ثَوْرٍ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ فِي قَوْلِهِ: يُفْتَنُونَ فِي كُلِّ عَامٍ مَرَّةً أَوْ مَرَّتَيْنِ قَالَ: يُبْتُلَوْنَ بِالْعَدُوِّ، فِي كُلِّ عَامٍ مَرَّةً أَوْ مَرَّتَيْنِ.
