His saying, the Exalted: "Your injustice is only against yourselves."
10305 - My father told us, Ibrahim ibn al-Mundhir told us, Kathir ibn Ja'far ibn Abi Kathir told me, Zayd ibn Aslam told me that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Allah does not delay the punishment for injustice, for Allah said: 'Your injustice is only against yourselves.'"
10306 - My father told me, 'Abdah ibn Sulayman told us, Ibn al-Mubarak told us, Yunus told us, from al-Zuhri, who said: It has reached us that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Do not commit injustice, and do not aid an oppressor, for Allah says: 'O mankind, your injustice is only against yourselves.'"
[His saying, the Exalted: "The enjoyment of worldly life"]
10307 - My father told us, Qabisah told us, Sufyan told us, from al-A'mash regarding: "The enjoyment of worldly life," he said: Like the provision of a shepherd.
10308 - 'Ali ibn al-Husayn told us, Muhammad ibn 'Isa told us, 'Amr ibn Humran told us, from Sa'id, from Qatadah regarding: "The enjoyment of worldly life," he said: It is an enjoyment that will be left behind; by Allah, besides Whom there is no god, it is soon to vanish from its people. So take from this enjoyment the obedience of Allah if you are able, and there is no power except through Allah.
His saying, the Exalted: "Then to Us is your return."
10309 - 'Isam ibn al-Rawwad told us, Adam told us, Abu Ja'far told us, from al-Rabi', from Abu al-'Aliyah, he said: They will return to Him after life.
His saying, the Exalted: "Then We will inform you of what you used to do."
10310 - My father told us, Ahmad ibn 'Abd al-Rahman al-Dashtaki told us, 'Abd Allah ibn Abi Ja'far told us, from his father, from al-Rabi' ibn Anas, he said: Allah will resurrect them after death, then He will resurrect His allies and His enemies, and He will inform them of their deeds.
His saying, the Exalted: "The example of the worldly life is but like water which We have sent down from the sky."
10311 - Muhammad ibn Sa'd informed me in what he wrote to me, my father told me, my uncle told me, from his father, from his grandfather, from Ibn 'Abbas, he said: Allah has set forth a good parable, and all of His parables are good, and it is a parable that Allah has specified for both the believer and the disbeliever regarding what they have been given.
