10048 - My father narrated to us, Abu Salih, the scribe of al-Layth, narrated to us, Mu'awiyah ibn Salih narrated to us from 'Ali ibn Abi Talhah from Ibn 'Abbas regarding His saying: 'imitate,' he says: 'they resemble.'
His saying, Exalted is He: 'the statement of those who disbelieved before'

10049 - Muhammad ibn Yahya narrated to us, al-'Abbas ibn al-Walid informed us, Yazid ibn Zuray' narrated to us from Sa'id from Qatadah regarding His saying: 'imitate the statement of those who disbelieved before,' he says: 'The Christians imitated the statement of the Jews before them.'
10050 - Muhammad ibn Sa'd informed us—in what he wrote to me—my father narrated to us, my uncle narrated to us from his father from his grandfather from Ibn 'Abbas regarding His saying: 'imitate the statement of those who disbelieved before,' he says: 'They said the like of what the people of the [other] religions said.'

10051 - Muhammad ibn Hibal ibn Hammad informed us—in what he wrote to me—Ibn 'Abd al-Ghaffar al-San'ani narrated to us, he said: Sufyan ibn 'Uyaynah said regarding the saying of Allah, the Exalted: 'imitate the statement of those who disbelieved before,' he said: 'Those who said that the Jinn are the daughters of Allah.'
His saying, Exalted is He: 'May Allah destroy them'

10052 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Minjab ibn al-Harith narrated to us, Bishr ibn 'Umarah informed us from Abu Rawq from al-Dahhak from Ibn 'Abbas regarding His saying: 'May Allah destroy them,' he says: 'May Allah curse them.' It was also narrated from Abu Malik, like that.

10053 - 'Amr ibn Thawr informed us—in what he wrote to me—Muhammad ibn Yusuf al-Firyabi narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us regarding His saying: 'May Allah destroy them,' he said: 'May Allah show enmity to them.'
His saying, Exalted is He: 'How are they deluded?'
10054 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Minjab narrated to us from Abu Rawq from al-Dahhak from Ibn 'Abbas regarding His saying: 'How are they deluded?' he said: 'How do they lie?' It was also narrated from Abu Malik, like that.
