11362 - 'Ali ibn al-Husayn narrated to us, [saying] Abu al-Jumahir narrated to us, [saying] Sa'id ibn Bashir narrated to us, from Qatadah, regarding his saying: "And throw him into the bottom of the well": [meaning] in some of its corners at its base.
11363 - My father narrated to us, [saying] Muhammad ibn 'Abd al-A'la narrated to us, [saying] Muhammad ibn Thawr narrated to us, from Ma'mar, from Qatadah, regarding His saying: "[into the] bottom of the well," he said: A well in Jerusalem (Bayt al-Maqdis).
11364 - Yunus ibn 'Abd al-A'la narrated to us, [saying] Ibn Wahb informed us, [saying] Ibn Zayd informed me, he said: The well in which Joseph was placed was near Tiberias, with miles between it and her.
11365 - My father narrated to us, [saying] Ahmad ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Yunus narrated to us, [saying] Abu Bakr ibn 'Ayyash narrated to us, he said: Joseph was in the well for three days.
His saying, the Almighty: "Some travelers may pick him up"
His saying, the Almighty: "They said, 'O our father, why do you not trust us with Joseph, while indeed we are for him sincere advisors?'"
11366 - 'Abd Allah ibn Sulayman narrated to us, [saying] al-Husayn ibn 'Ali narrated to us, [saying] 'Amir ibn al-Furat narrated to us, from Asbat, from al-Suddi: When they resolved upon their matter regarding that, they came to their father and said: "O our father, why do you not trust us with Joseph, while indeed we are for him sincere advisors?"
His saying, the Almighty: "Send him with us tomorrow"
11367 - 'Ali ibn al-Husayn narrated to us, [saying] Shayban narrated to us, [saying] Qaza'ah ibn Suwayd narrated to us, from Mutarrif al-Shaqari, that when Jacob sent his son with his sons, he said: "O Allah, greet them with the right hand of mercy."
11368 - 'Ali ibn al-Husayn narrated to us, [saying] Muhammad ibn 'Isa narrated to us, [saying] Salamah narrated to us, from Ibn Ishaq: They did not cease asking him until he sent him with them, [though] with trepidation and fear. It was mentioned to me that when he sent him with them, he called him over when they intended to take him away, then he embraced him and prayed for him, and said: "O Allah, make my supplication a shield against what I fear for him."
His saying, the Almighty: "[that he may] enjoy himself and play, and indeed we are for him guardians"
11369 - Muhammad ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Yazid al-Muqri' narrated to us, [saying] Sufyan narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from Mujahid regarding His saying: "We enjoy ourselves and play," he said: We will watch over one another and protect one another, each of us protecting the other. And sometimes he said: Each of us guarding the other.
١١٣٦٢ - حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، ثنا أَبُو الْجُمَاهِرِ، أنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، قَوْلُهُ: وَأَلْقُوهُ فِي غَيَابَتِ الْجُبِّ: فِي بَعْضِ نَوَاحِيهِ أَسْفَلِهِ.
١١٣٦٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ ثَوْرٍ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ فِي قَوْلِهِ: فِي غَيَابَتِ الْجُبِّ قَالَ: بِئْرٌ بِبَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ.
١١٣٦٤ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، أنا ابْنَ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ زَيْدٍ قَالَ:
الْجُبُّ الَّذِي جُعِلَ فِيهِ يُوسُفُ بِحِذَاءِ طَبَرِيَّةَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهَا أَمْيَالٌ.
١١٣٦٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، قَالَ: كَانَ يُوسُفُ فِي الْجُبِّ ثَلاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: يلتقطه بعض السيارة
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: قَالُوا يَا أَبَانَا مَا لَكَ لَا تَأْمَنَّا عَلَى يُوسُفَ وَإِنَّا لَهُ لَنَاصِحُونَ
١١٣٦٦ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثنا عَامِرِ بْنِ الْفُرَاتِ، عَنْ أَسْبَاطٍ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ: فَلَمَّا أَجْمَعُوا أَمْرَهُمْ عَلَى ذَلِكَ، أَتَوْا أَبَاهُمْ فَقَالُوا: يَا أَبَانَا مَا لَكَ لَا تَأْمَنَّا عَلَى يُوسُفَ وَإِنَّا لَهُ لَنَاصِحُونَ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: أَرْسِلْهُ مَعَنَا غَدًا
١١٣٦٧ - حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، ثَنَا شَيْبَانُ، ثَنَا قَزَعَةُ بْنُ سُوَيْدٍ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ الشَّقَرِيُّ أَنَّ يَعْقُوبَ لَمَّا أَرْسَلَ ابْنَهُ مَعَ بَنِيهِ قَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ صَافِحْهُمْ بِيَمِينِ الرَّحْمَةِ.
١١٣٦٨ - حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، ثنا سَلَمَةُ، عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، فَلَمْ يَزَالُوا يَأَتُونَهُ حَتَّى أَرْسَلَهُ مَعَهُمْ عَلَى وَجَلٍ وَتَخَوُّفٍ، فَذُكِرَ لِي أَنَّهُ لَمَّا أَرْسَلَهُ مَعَهُمْ دَعَاهُ حِينَ أَرَادُوا الذَّهَابَ بِهِ، فَضَمَّهُ إِلَيْهِ ثُمَّ دَعَا لَهُ، وَقَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ دُعَائِي جُنَّةً مِمَّا أَتَخَوَّفُ عَلَيْهِ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: يَرْتَعْ وَيَلْعَبْ وَإِنَّا لَهُ لَحَافِظُونَ
١١٣٦٩ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ المقري، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ: نرتع ونلعب قَالَ: نَتَحَارَسُ وَنَتَكَالأُ، يَحْفَظُ بَعْضُنَا بَعْضًا وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ: يَكْلأُ بَعْضُنَا بَعْضًا.
