Translation · EN

12313 - From Ibn Zayd regarding His saying: "The Day the earth will be replaced by another earth," he said: This is the Day of Resurrection, a creation other than the first creation (1).

His saying: "Bound together in shackles (al-asfad)."

12314 - From Ibn Abbas regarding His saying: "Bound together in shackles," he said: The manacles (2).

12315 - From Sa'id ibn Jubayr (may Allah be pleased with him) regarding His saying: "In shackles," he said: In chains (3).

12316 - From Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) regarding His saying: "In shackles," he says: In bonds (4).

His saying: "Of tar (qatran)."

12317 - From al-Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) regarding His saying: "Of tar," he said: The tar of camels (5).

12318 - From Ikrimah regarding His saying: "Of tar," he said: This is tar used to coat, so it becomes ignited with fire (6).

12319 - From Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) regarding His saying: "Of tar," he said: It is molten copper (7).

12320 - From Sa'id ibn Jubayr (may Allah be pleased with him) that he recited "min qatran," and said: The qatr is molten copper, and it is the hot [metal] (8).

His saying: "And the fire will cover their faces."

12321 - From al-Suddi (may Allah be pleased with him) regarding His saying: "And the fire will cover their faces," he said: It will scorch them (9), and burn them.

12322 - From Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The wailing woman, if she does not repent before her death, will be stopped on a path between Paradise and Hell; her garments will be of tar, and the fire will cover her face" (10).

His saying: "This is a notification for the people and that they may be warned by it."

12323 - From Ibn Zayd (may Allah be pleased with him) regarding His saying: "This is a notification for the people," he said: The Quran. "And that they may be warned by it," he said: By the Quran.

١٢٣١٣ - عَنِ ابْنِ زَيْدٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ: يَوْم تُبَدَّلُ الأرض غير الأرض الآية.

قَالَ: هَذَا يَوْم الْقِيَامَة، خلق سوى الخلق الأول «١» .

قوله: مُقَرَّنِينَ فِي الأَصْفَادِ

١٢٣١٤ - عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ: مُقَرَّنِينَ فِي الأَصْفَادِ قَالَ: الكبول «٢» .

١٢٣١٥ - عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ فِي قَوْلِهِ: فِي الأَصْفَادِ قَالَ في السلاسل «٣» .

١٢٣١٦ - عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا فِي قَوْلِهِ: فِي الأَصْفَادِ يَقُولُ:

في وثاق «٤» .

قوله: مِنْ قَطِرَانٍ

١٢٣١٧ - عَنِ الحَسَنِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ فِي قَوْلِهِ: مِنْ قَطِرَانٍ قَالَ: قطران الإبل.

١٢٣١٨ - عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ فِي قَوْلِهِ: مِنْ قَطِرَانٍ قَالَ: هَذَا القطران يطلى به حتي يشتعل نارا «٥» .

١٢٣١٩ - عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا فِي قَوْلِهِ: مِنْ قَطِرَانٍ قَالَ: هُوَ النحاس المذاب «٦» .

١٢٣٢٠ - عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أنه قرأ «مِنْ قَطِرَانٍ» قَالَ: القطر، الصفر، والآن: «٧» الحار.

قوله: وَتَغْشَى وُجُوهَهُمُ النَّار

١٢٣٢١ - عَنِ السُّدِّىِّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ فِي قَوْلِهِ: وَتَغْشَى وُجُوهَهُمُ النَّار قَالَ:

تلفحهم «٨» فتحرقهم.

١٢٣٢٢ - عَنِ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «النائحة إِذَا لَمْ تتب قبل موتها، توقف في طَرِيق بين الْجَنَّة والنار، سرابيلها مِنْ قطران وتغشى وجهها النَّار» «٩» .

قوله: هَذَا بَلاغٌ لِلنَّاسِ وَلِيُنْذَرُوا بِهِ ...

١٢٣٢٣ - عَنِ ابْنِ زَيْدٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ فِي قَوْلِهِ: هَذَا بَلاغٌ لِلنَّاسِ قَالَ القرآن: ولينذروا به قال: بالقرآن. «١٠»
