The third interpretation:
11453 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, [saying] 'Amr ibn Hammad ibn Talhah al-Qannad narrated to us, [saying] Asbat narrated to us, from al-Suddi, regarding his saying: "Judgment," he said: Prophethood.
The fourth interpretation:
11454 - Abu Sa'id al-Ashajj narrated to us, [saying] Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, from a man, from Mujahid, he said: "Judgment" is the Quran.
His saying, the Almighty: "And thus do We reward the doers of good"
11455 - Muhammad ibn al-'Abbas, the freed slave of Banu Hashim, narrated to us, [saying] 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq: "And when he reached his full strength, We gave him judgment and knowledge," [meaning] Allah gave him judgment and knowledge. Allah says: "And thus do We reward the doers of good."
His saying, the Almighty: "And she, in whose house he was, sought to seduce him"
11456 - My father narrated to us, [saying] Hisham ibn Khalid narrated to us, [saying] Shu'ayb ibn Ishaq narrated to us, [saying] Ibn Abi 'Arubah narrated to us, from Qatadah, regarding his saying: "And she, in whose house he was, sought to seduce him," [she is] the wife of al-'Aziz.
11457 - 'Abd Allah ibn Sulayman narrated to us, [saying] al-Husayn ibn 'Ali narrated to us, [saying] 'Amir ibn al-Furat narrated to us, [saying] Asbat narrated to us, from al-Suddi, regarding his saying: "And she, in whose house he was, sought to seduce him," he says: She, in whose house he was, loved him.
11458 - Yunus ibn 'Abd al-A'la informed us by way of reading, [saying] Ibn Wahb informed us, [saying] Ibn Zayd narrated to me: "And she, in whose house he was, sought to seduce him," [this occurred] when he had reached the age of maturity.
11459 - Muhammad ibn al-'Abbas, the freed slave of Banu Hashim, narrated to us, [saying] 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Salamah narrated to us, [saying] Salamah narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, he said: It was mentioned to me that Utayfir was a man who did not approach women, and his wife Ra'il was a beautiful, elegant, and well-nourished woman living in power and prosperity. Allah had granted Yusuf of beauty and stature such as He had not granted to anyone among the people before him or after him. It was said—and Allah knows best—that he was given half of all beauty, and the other half was divided among the rest of the people. "And she, in whose house he was, sought to seduce him" [refers to] the wife of al-'Aziz.
