His saying: "He said, 'I do not think that this will ever perish.'"

- From al-Suddi (may Allah be pleased with him) regarding His saying: "He said, 'I do not think that this will ever perish,'" he says: "It will be destroyed. 'And I do not think the Hour will be established; and even if I should be brought back to my Lord, I will surely find better than this as a return.'"

- From Asma' bint 'Umays, she said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) taught me words to say when in distress: 'Allah, Allah is my Lord, I do not associate anything with Him.'"

- From Hafs ibn Maysara, he said: "I saw written on the door of Wahb ibn Munabbih: 'Whatever Allah wills,' and that is the saying of Allah: 'And why did you not, when you entered your garden, say, "Whatever Allah wills?"'"

- From 'Umar ibn Murra, he said: "Indeed, among the best of supplications is a man saying: 'Whatever Allah wills.'"
