13109 - From Abu Nahik that he recited it as "tasqut 'alayki rutaban" (it will drop upon you ripe dates).
13110 - From Ibn 'Abbas regarding His saying: "ripe, fresh dates," he said: "Soft/fresh."
13111 - From Abu Ruq who said: Mary reached a trunk that had no crown, so Allah caused a crown to grow for it, and caused dates, basar (unripe dates), medbab (a type of date), and bananas to grow on it. When she shook the palm tree, everything that was on it fell upon her.
13112 - From 'Ali who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Honor your paternal aunt, the palm tree, for it was created from the clay from which Adam (peace be upon him) was created, and there is no tree that is pollinated other than it." And he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Feed your women in labor fresh dates (rutab), for if there are no fresh dates, then dried dates (tamr), for there is no tree more noble in the sight of Allah than the tree beneath which Mary daughter of 'Imran descended."
13113 - 'Ali ibn al-Husayn narrated to us, Shayban narrated to us, Masrur ibn Sa'id al-Tamimi narrated to us, 'Abd al-Rahman ibn 'Amr al-Awza'i narrated to us, from 'Urwah ibn Ruwaym, from 'Ali ibn Abi Talib who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Honor your paternal aunt, the palm tree, for it was created from the clay from which Adam (peace be upon him) was created, and there is no tree that is pollinated other than it." 13114 - From Anas ibn Malik that he used to recite: "I have vowed to the Most Merciful a fast, a silence (sawman samtan)."
And Abu Ishaq said, from Harithah, who said: I was with Ibn Mas'ud, and two men came; one of them greeted and the other did not. He asked, "What is the matter with you?" His companions said: "He swore that he would not speak to people today." 'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud said: "Speak to the people and greet them, for that was a woman who knew that no one would believe her that she was pregnant without a husband." He meant by that Mary, peace be upon her, so that it would be an excuse for her if she were questioned.

١٣١٠٩ - عَنِ أَبِي نهيك أنه قرأ «تسقط عليك رطبًا» «١» .
١٣١١٠ - عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ: رُطَبًا جَنِيًّا قَالَ: طريًا «٢» .
١٣١١١ - عَنِ أَبِي روق قَالَ: انتهت مريم إِلَى جذع ليس لَهُ رأس، فأنبت الله لَهُ رأسًا، وأنبت فيه رطبًا وبسرًا ومدببًا وموزًا، فلما هزت النخلة، سقط عليها مِنْ جميع مَا فيها «٣» .
١٣١١٢ - عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أكرموا عمتكم النخلة، فإنها خلقت مِنَ الطين الّذِي خلق منه آدم عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ، وليس مِنَ الشجر شجرة تلقح غيرها.
وَقَالَ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أطعموا نساءكم الولد الرطب، فإن لَمْ يكن رطب فتمر، فليس مِنَ الشجر شجرة أكرم مِنْ شجرة نَزَلَتْ تحتها مريم بنت عمران» «٤» .
١٣١١٣ - حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الحُسَيْنِ، حَدَّثَنَا شيبان، حَدَّثَنَا مسرور بن سعيد التميمي، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد الرحمن بن عمرو الأوزاعي، عَنْ عروة بن رويم، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أكرموا عمتكم النخلة، فإنها خلقت مِنَ الطين الّذِي خلق منه آدم عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ، وليس مِنَ الشجر شيء يلقح غيرها

١٣١١٤ - عن أنس بن ملك أنه كَانَ يقرأ: إِنِّي نَذَرْتُ لِلرَّحْمَنِ صَوْمًا صمتًا «٦» .
وَقَالَ أبو إسحاق، عَنْ حارثة قَالَ: كنت عند ابن مسعود، فجاء رجلان فسلم أحدهما ولم يسلم الآخر، فقال: مَا شأنك؟ قَالَ أصحابه: حلف إِنَّ لا يكلم الناس اليوم. فقال عَبْد الله بن مسعود: كلم الناس وسلم عَلَيْهِمْ، فإنما تلك امرأة علمت إِنَّ أحدًا لا يصدقها أنها حملت مِنْ غير زوج. يَعْنِي بِذَلِكَ مريم عليها السلام ليكون عذرا لها إذا سئلت «٧» .
