And sincere advice [nasiha] for Allah, His Messenger, the Caliph, and the Muslims in general. He said: It was mentioned to us that 'Umar ibn al-Khattab used to say: The bond of Islam is the testimony that there is no god but Allah, the establishment of prayer, the payment of zakat, and obedience to those whom Allah has entrusted with the affair of the Muslims.
His saying (Mighty and Majestic): "to say: 'We hear.'"
14746 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Safwan reported to us, al-Walid reported to us, Bukayr ibn Ma'ruf reported to us, from Muqatil ibn Hayyan, regarding Allah's saying: "We hear and we obey." He said: We heard the Quran that came from Allah, and we obeyed; they affirmed to Allah that they would obey Him in His command and His prohibition.
[His saying: "And those are the successful ones."]
Its interpretation has preceded.
His saying: "And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger..." up to "the triumphant ones."
14747 - 'Ali ibn al-Husayn narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Abi Hammad reported to us, Mihran reported to us, from Sufyan, from a man, from Qatadah: "And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger," he said: Whoever obeys Allah in that which He commanded, and [obeys] His Messenger, he said: In that which he commanded. "And fears Allah," he said: Regarding his past sins. "And keeps his duty to Him," he said: Fears Him regarding what is to come.
His saying: "the triumphant ones."
14748 - Ahmad ibn 'Uthman ibn Hakim informed me in what he wrote to me, Ahmad ibn al-Fadl reported to us, Asbat reported to us, from al-Suddi, regarding His saying: "For it is they who are the triumphant ones" up to "an everlasting bliss."
His saying: "And they swore by Allah their strongest oaths."
14749 - It was read to Yunus ibn 'Abd al-A'la, and Ibn Wahb informed us, Sufyan ibn 'Uyaynah informed me, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid, regarding Allah's saying: "And they swore by Allah their strongest oaths," he said: It is an oath.
14750 - Abu Bujayr al-Muharibi narrated to us, 'Abd al-Rahim ibn 'Abd al-Rahman reported to us, from Za'idah, he said: Sulayman al-A'mash read—and he claimed that Yahya ibn Waththab read—: "And they swore by Allah their strongest oaths," it is the taking of an oath.

وَالنَّصِيحَةُ لِلَّهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ وَلِلْخَلِيفَةِ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَامَّةً. قَالَ: وَقَدْ ذُكِرَ لَنَا أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ كَانَ يَقُولُ: عُرْوَةُ الإِسْلامِ شَهَادَةُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلا اللَّهُ وَإِقَامُ الصَّلاةِ وَإِيتَاءُ الزَّكَاةِ وَالطَّاعَةُ لِمَنْ وَلاهُ اللَّهُ أَمْرَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ «١» .
قَوْلُهُ تعالى: أَنْ يَقُولُوا سَمِعْنَا.
١٤٧٤٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا صَفْوَانُ، ثنا الْوَلِيدُ، ثنا بُكَيْرُ بْنُ مَعْرُوفٍ، عَنْ مُقَاتِلِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ قَوْلُ اللَّهِ: سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا قَالَ: سَمِعْنَا لِلْقُرْآنِ الَّذِي جَاءَ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ وَأَطَعْنَا أَقَرُّوا لِلَّهِ أَنْ يُطِيعُوهُ فِي أَمْرِهِ وَنَهْيِهِ.
[قوله: وأولئك هم المفلحون]
قَدْ تَقَدَّمَ تَفْسِيرُهُ.
قَوْلُهُ: وَمَنْ يُطِعِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ إِلَى الْفَائِزُونَ.
١٤٧٤٧ - حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَمَّادٍ، ثنا مِهْرَانُ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ: وَمَنْ يُطِعِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ قَالَ: مَنْ يُطِعِ اللَّهَ فِيمَا أَمَرَ بِهِ وَرَسُولَهُ قَالَ فِيمَا أَمَرَ بِهِ، وَيَخْشَ اللَّهَ قَالَ: فِيمَا مَضَى مِنْ ذُنُوبِهِ وَيَتَّقِهِ قَالَ: يَخْشَاهُ فِيمَا يَسْتَقْبِلُ.
قوله: الْفَائِزُونَ.
١٤٧٤٨ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ فِيمَا كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، ثنا أَسْبَاطٌ عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ قَوْلُهُ: فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَائِزُونَ إِلَى نَعِيمٍ مُقِيمٍ.
قَوْلُهُ: وَأَقْسَمُوا بِاللَّهِ جَهْدَ أَيْمَانِهِمْ.
١٤٧٤٩ - قُرِئَ عَلَى يُونُسَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، وَأنبأ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ: وَأَقْسَمُوا بِاللَّهِ جَهْدَ أَيْمَانِهِمْ
قَالَ: هِيَ يَمِينٌ.
١٤٧٥٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بُجَيْرٍ الْمُحَارِبِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ زَائِدَةَ قَالَ: قَرَأَ سُلَيْمَانُ الأَعْمَشُ وَزَعَمَ أَنَّ يحي بْنَ وَثَّابٍ قَرَأَ: وَأَقْسَمُوا بِاللَّهِ جَهْدَ أَيْمَانِهِمْ
