14871 - My father narrated to us, Ayyub ibn Muhammad al-Wazzan al-Raqqi reported to us, 'Isa ibn Yunus reported to us, from 'Imran ibn Sulayman, who said: I heard Abu Salih say: This verse, "There is no blame upon you that you eat from your houses or the houses of your fathers," to the end of it, was revealed regarding the Ansar, where the equality was lost.
14872 - 'Ubayd Allah ibn Sulayman ibn al-Ash'ath narrated to us, al-Husayn ibn 'Ali reported to us, 'Amir reported to us, Asbat reported to us, from al-Suddi, regarding His saying: "nor upon yourselves that you eat from your houses or the houses of your fathers." A man would enter the house of his father, sister, or son, and the woman would offer him some food, but he would not eat out of consideration for the master of the house, who was not present. So Allah said: "There is no blame upon you that you eat together or separately."
His saying, the Exalted: "or the houses of your paternal uncles... to... the houses of your maternal aunts."
14873 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Yahya ibn 'Abd Allah reported to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to me, 'Ata' narrated to me, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr: "nor upon yourselves," meaning: nor is there any blame upon you that you eat from your houses, or the houses of your fathers, or the houses of your mothers, or the houses of your brothers, or the houses of your sisters, or the houses of your paternal uncles, or the houses of your paternal aunts, or the houses of your maternal uncles, or the houses of your maternal aunts.
14874 - Abu Yazid al-Qaratisi reported to me in what he wrote to me, Asbagh informed us, he said: I heard 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Zayd regarding the saying of Allah: "nor upon yourselves that you eat from your houses"—up to His saying: "or your friend." He said: This is a matter that has ceased. This was only in its beginning, as they did not have doors and the curtains were drawn; so a man might enter a house when no one was in it, and he might find food while he was hungry, so Allah permitted him to eat it. He said: That has gone away today, for the houses contain their residents, and when they leave, they lock them. Thus, that has passed.

14875 - 'Ali ibn al-Husayn narrated to us, Bakr ibn Khalaf reported to us, Ibrahim ibn Sa'd reported to us, from Salih ibn Kaysan, from Ibn Shihab, from 'Urwah ibn al-Zubayr, from 'Aishah, who said: The Muslims used to go out on campaigns with the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), and they would entrust their keys to their deputies, saying: "We have made it lawful for you to eat from what you have need of." But they would say: "It is not lawful for us to eat, for they gave permission without their hearts being fully content, and we are only trustees." So Allah the Almighty and Majestic revealed: "There is no blame upon you that you eat from your houses or the houses of your fathers," up to His saying: "or what you possess the keys of."
١٤٨٧١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، ثنا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْوَزَّانُ الرقي، ثنا عيسى ابن يُونُسَ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أبا صالح يقول: أنزلت هذه الآية لا جناح عَلَيْكُمْ أَنْ تَأْكُلُوا مِنْ بُيُوتِكُمْ أَوْ بُيُوتِ آبَائِكُمْ إِلَى آخِرِهَا فِي الأَنْصَارِ حَيْثُ ذَهَبَتِ الْمُسَاوَاةُ.
١٤٨٧٢ - حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ الأَشْعَثِ، ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثنا عَامِرٌ، ثنا أَسْبَاطٌ عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ قَوْلُهُ وَلا عَلَى أَنْفُسِكُمْ أَنْ تَأْكُلُوا مِنْ بُيُوتِكُمْ أَوْ بُيُوتِ آبَائِكُمْ كَانَ الرَّجُلُ يَدْخُلُ بَيْتَ أَبِيهِ أَوْ أُخْتِهِ أَوِ ابْنِهِ فَتُتْحِفُهُ الْمَرْأَةُ بِشَيْءٍ مِنَ الطَّعَامِ فَلا يَأْكُلُ مِنْ أَجْلِ رَبِّ الْبَيْتِ لَيْسَ ثَمَّ، فَقَالَ اللَّهُ: لَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ أَنْ تَأْكُلُوا جَمِيعًا أَوْ أَشْتَاتًا
قوله تعالى أَوْ بُيُوتِ أَعْمَامِكُمْ.. إِلَى.. بُيُوتِ أخوالكم
١٤٨٧٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءٌ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ وَلا عَلَى أَنْفُسِكُمْ يَعْنِى: وَلا حَرَجَ عَلَيْكُمْ أَنْ تَأْكُلُوا مِنْ بُيُوتِكُمْ أَوْ بُيُوتِ آبَائِكُمْ أَوْ بُيُوتِ أُمَّهَاتِكُمْ أَوْ بُيُوتِ إِخْوَانِكُمْ أَوْ بُيُوتِ أَخَوَاتِكُمْ أَوْ بُيُوتِ أَعْمَامِكُمْ أَوْ بُيُوتِ عَمَّاتِكُمْ أَوْ بُيُوتِ أَخْوَالِكُمْ أَوْ بُيُوتِ خَالاتِكُمْ.
١٤٨٧٤ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَزِيدَ الْقَرَاطِيسِيُّ فِيمَا كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ، أَنْبَأَ أَصْبَغُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ زَيْدِ فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ: وَلا عَلَى أَنْفُسِكُمْ أَنْ تَأْكُلُوا مِنْ بُيُوتِكُمْ- إِلَى قَوْلِهِ: أَوْ صديقكم قال ك هَذَا شَيْءٌ قَدِ انْقَطَعَ إِنَّمَا كَانَ هَذَا فِي أَوَّلِهِ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُمْ أَبْوَابٌ وَكَانَتِ السُّتُورُ مُرْخَاةً فَرُبَّمَا دَخَلَ الرَّجُلُ الْبَيْتَ وَلَيْسَ فِيهِ أَحَدٌ فَرُبَّمَا وَجَدَ الطَّعَامَ وَهُوَ جَائِعٌ فَسَوَّغَهُ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَأْكُلَهُ قَالَ: وَذَهَبَ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمَ الْبُيُوتُ فِيهَا أَهْلُهَا فَإِذَا خَرَجُوا أَغْلَقُوا فَقَدْ ذَهَبَ ذَلِكَ.

١٤٨٧٥ - حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، ثنا بَكْرُ بْنُ خَلَفٍ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: كَانَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ يرغبون في التفسير مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَيَدْفَعُونَ مَفَاتِيحَهُمْ إِلَى ضُمَنَائِهِمْ وَيَقُولُونَ قَدْ أَحْلَلْنَا لَكُمْ أَنْ تَأْكُلُوا مِمَّا احْتَجْتُمْ إِلَيْهِ، وَكَانُوا يَقُولُونَ: إِنَّهُ لَا يَحِلُّ لَنَا أَنْ نَأْكُلَ إِنَّهُمْ أَذِنُوا عَنْ غَيْرِ طِيبِ أَنْفُسِهِمْ وَإِنَّمَا نحن أمناء فأنزل الله عز
