His saying, the Almighty: "The Day We will fold the heaven."

13752 - My father narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn al-Hajjaj al-Raqqi narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Salama narrated to us, from Abu al-Wasil, from Abu al-Malih al-Azdi, from Abu al-Jawza' al-Azdi, from Ibn 'Abbas, who said: "Allah will fold the seven heavens with whatever creatures are in them, and the seven earths with whatever creatures are in them. He will fold all of that with His Right Hand, and all of that will be in His Hand like a mustard seed."

His saying, the Almighty: "The Sijill (scroll)."

13753 - From Ibn 'Abbas, who said: "The Sijill is the man."

13754 - From Ibn 'Abbas, regarding His saying: "Like the folding of the Sijill (scroll) for the books," he said: "Like the folding of the page over the writing."

His saying, the Almighty: "As We began the first creation, We will repeat it."

13755 - From Mujahid, regarding His saying: "As We began the first creation, We will repeat it," he said: "[They will be] naked, barefoot, and uncircumcised."

13756 - From al-Suddi, who said: "Allah will resurrect them on the Day of Resurrection at the stature and body of Adam, and their language will be Syriac, naked, barefoot, and uncircumcised, as they were born."

13757 - 'Ali ibn al-Husayn narrated to us, Ibn al-'Ala' narrated to us, Yahya ibn Yaman narrated to us, Abu al-Wafa' al-Ashja'i narrated to us, from his father, from Ibn 'Umar, regarding His saying: "The Day We will fold the heaven like the folding of the scroll for the books," he said: "The Sijill is an angel; when he ascends with the seeking of forgiveness (istighfar), he says: 'Write it as light.'"

His saying, the Almighty: "And We have already written in the Zabur (Psalms) after the Dhikr (Reminder)."

13758 - From Ibn 'Abbas, regarding His saying: "And We have already written in the Zabur (Psalms) after the Dhikr (Reminder), that the earth—" he said: "[It refers to] the land of Paradise."

His saying, the Almighty: "Indeed, the earth will be inherited by My righteous servants."

13759 - From Ibn 'Abbas, regarding His saying: "Indeed, the earth will be inherited by My righteous servants," he said: "The land of Paradise."
