14176 - My father narrated to us, 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn Munib narrated to us, Abu Mu'adh al-Nahwi narrated to us, from 'Ubayd, from al-Dahhak regarding His saying: "Except for those who repent," he said: "Whoever confesses and admits against himself publicly that he spoke falsehood and repents to Allah with a sincere repentance—and the sincere repentance is that he does not return to it—and his confession is his acknowledgment at the time of flogging, where he is taken for the flogging, then he has repented, and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful."
14177 - Abu Sa'id al-Ashaj narrated to us, Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Ibrahim, who said: "The repentance of the accuser is between him and his Lord, and his testimony is not permissible."
14178 - al-Hasan ibn Abi al-Rabi' narrated to us, 'Abd al-Razzaq informed us, Ma'mar informed us, from Qatadah, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, who said: "His testimony is accepted if he repents," meaning: "Except for those who repent."
His saying, the Exalted: "...after that and make amends, then Allah is Forgiving, Merciful."
14179 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Yahya ibn 'Abd Allah narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to me, 'Ata' ibn Dinar narrated to me, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr regarding the saying of Allah: "Except for those who repent after that," meaning after the accusation, "and make amends," meaning the deed, "then Allah is Forgiving, Merciful," meaning for their accusation, "Merciful," meaning Merciful to them after the repentance.
14180 - Muhammad ibn Yahya narrated to us, al-'Abbas ibn al-Walid informed us, Yazid ibn Zuray', Sa'id narrated to us, from Qatadah regarding His saying: "And do not accept their testimony ever. And those are the disobedient," then Allah returned after that with His bounty and mercy, and said: "Except for those who repent after that and make amends, then Allah is Forgiving, Merciful."
His saying, the Exalted: "And those who accuse their wives."
14181 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Yahya ibn 'Abd Allah narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to me, 'Ata' ibn Dinar narrated to me, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr regarding the saying of Allah: "And those who accuse their wives," he said: "It is the man who accuses his wife of adultery." His saying: "And have no witnesses except themselves," meaning the husband has no witness other than himself that his wife has committed adultery, so he takes that to the rulers. His saying: "Then the testimony of one of them," meaning the husband. His saying: "...four testimonies by Allah that he is of the truthful," he said: "The husband stands after the prayer in the mosque and swears four testimonies by Allah, and says: 'I testify by Allah, besides whom there is no god, that so-and-so,' meaning his wife, 'is an adulteress, and that I am of the truthful.'"
١٤١٧٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُنِيبٍ، ثنا أَبُو مُعَاذٍ النَّحْوِيُّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ فِي قَوْلِهِ: إِلا الَّذِينَ تَابُوا قَالَ: مَنِ اعْتَرَفَ وَأَقَرَّ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ عَلانِيَةً أَنَّهُ قَالَ الْبُهْتَانَ وَتَابَ إِلَى اللَّهِ تَوْبَةً نَصُوحًا، وَالنَّصُوحُ: أَنْ لَا يَعُودَ وَإِقْرَارُهُ اعْتِرَافُهُ عِنْدَ الْجَلْدِ، حَيْثُ يُؤْخَذُ بِالْجَلْدِ، فَقَدْ تَابَ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ.
١٤١٧٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الأَشَجُّ، ثنا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ: الْقَاذِفُ تَوْبَتُهُ فِيمَا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ رَبِّهِ، وَلا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَتُهُ.
١٤١٧٨ - حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَبِي الرَّبِيعِ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنْبَأَ مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ: تُقْبَلُ شَهَادَتُهُ إِذَا تَابَ يَعْنِى إِلا الَّذِينَ تَابُوا.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: مِنْ بَعْدِ ذَلِكَ وَأَصْلَحُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ.
١٤١٧٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءُ ابْنُ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ: إِلا الَّذِينَ تَابُوا مِنْ بَعْدِ ذَلِكَ يَعْنِى بَعْدَ الْقَذْفِ، وَأَصْلَحُوا الْعَمَلَ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ يَعْنِى لِقَذْفِهِمْ رَحِيمٌ يًعْنِى رَحِيمًا بِهِمْ بَعْدَ التَّوْبَةِ.
١٤١٨٠ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَنْبَأَ الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، ثنا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَوْلُهُ: وَلا تَقْبَلُوا لَهُمْ شَهَادَةً أَبَدًا وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ ثُمَّ عَادَ اللَّهُ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ بِعَائِدَتِهِ وَرَحْمَتِهِ، فَقَالَ: إِلا الَّذِينَ تَابُوا مِنْ بَعْدِ ذَلِكَ وَأَصْلَحُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ.
قوله تعالى: وَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ أَزْوَاجَهُمْ
١٤١٨١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءُ ابْنُ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ: وَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ أَزْوَاجَهُمْ قَالَ: هُوَ الرَّجُلُ يَرْمِي امْرَأَتَهُ بِالزِّنَا قَوْلُهُ: وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُمْ شُهَدَاءُ إِلا أَنْفُسُهُمْ يًعْنِى لَيْسَ لِلرَّجُلِ شَهَادَةٌ غَيْرُهُ أَنَّ امْرَأَتَهَ قَدْ زَنَتْ، فَيَرْفَعُ ذَلِكَ إِلَى الْحُكَّامِ، قَوْلُهُ: فَشَهَادَةُ أَحَدِهِمْ يًعْنِى الزَّوْجَ، قَوْلُهُ: أَرْبَعُ شَهَادَاتٍ بِاللَّهِ إِنَّهُ لَمِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ قَالَ: يَقُومُ الزَّوْجُ بَعْدَ الصَّلاةِ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، فَيَحْلِفُ أَرْبَعَ شَهَادَاتٍ بِاللَّهِ، وَيَقُولُ: أَشْهَدُ بِاللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ أَنَّ فُلانَةَ يَعْنِى امْرَأَتَهُ زَانِيَةٌ لَمِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ.
