14197 - Muhammad ibn Hammad al-Tahrani narrated to me, Hafs ibn 'Umar informed us, al-Hakam ibn Aban narrated to us, from 'Ikrimah: "And the fifth is that the wrath of Allah be upon her if he were of the truthful," he said: It has become binding.
14198 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Yahya narrated to me, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to me, 'Ata' ibn Dinar narrated to me, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr: "And the fifth is that the wrath of Allah be upon her," meaning upon herself.
His saying the Exalted: "If he were of the truthful."
14199 - Through the same chain, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr: "If he were of the truthful," meaning: if her husband, in his statement, is of the truthful.
14200 - I read to Muhammad ibn al-Fadl ibn Musa, Muhammad ibn 'Ali ibn al-Hasan narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Muzahim narrated to us, Bukayr ibn Ma'ruf narrated to us, from Muqatil ibn Hayyan regarding His saying: "And the fifth is that the wrath of Allah be upon her," meaning: herself, if Hilal were of the truthful. So they were separated, and that is His saying: "And it will avert the punishment from her."
14201 - Musa ibn Abi Musa al-Khatmi narrated to us, Harun ibn Hatim narrated to us, 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Hammad narrated to us, from Asbat ibn Nasr, from al-Suddi, from Abu Malik, who said: "Every occurrence of 'lawla' (were it not that) in the Qur'an means 'fahala' (why did you not), except for two instances in Surah Yunus. His saying: 'If only there had been a city that believed' (wa lawla kanat qaryatun amanat) - he says: 'Why was there no city that believed?' And His saying: 'If not that he was one of those who glorify [Allah]' - he says: 'Why was there not among the generations before you...'
His saying the Exalted: 'The bounty of Allah upon you and His mercy.'

14202 - Abu Sa'id al-Ashajj narrated to us, Abu Khalid Sulayman ibn Hayyan narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from 'Atiyyah, from Ibn 'Abbas, and Hajjaj from al-Qasim, from Mujahid, both said: The bounty of Allah: The religion.

14203 - Abu Sa'id al-Ashajj narrated to us, Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from 'Atiyyah, from Abu Sa'id, who said: The bounty of Allah: The Qur'an.
