Until your bodies are complete and as they once were, Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, will say: 'Let the bearers of My Throne live,' and they will live. Allah will command Israfil, and he will take the Horn from the Throne. Then Allah will say: 'Let Jibril and Mika'il live,' and they will respond. Then Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, will command the souls to be brought forth; the souls of the Muslims will glow with light, and those of the others with darkness. Allah will gather them all and cast them into the Horn. Then Allah will command Israfil to sound the Blast of Resurrection, and he will blow the Blast of Resurrection. The souls will emerge like bees, filling what is between the heaven and the earth. The Compeller will say: 'By My Might and My Majesty, every soul shall surely return to its body.' The souls will enter upon the bodies in the earth, then they will enter the nostrils, then they will course through the bodies just as poison courses through one who has been stung. Then the earth will split open for you, and I am the first for whom the earth will split open. You will emerge from it as youths, all of you at the age of thirty, and the language on that day will be Syriac. That is the Day of Emergence, "And We gathered them, and We did not leave behind from among them anyone." You will emerge hastening toward your Lord, walking "hastening toward the Caller; the disbelievers will say, 'This is a difficult day,'" barefoot, naked, uncircumcised, and intact. Then you will be made to stand in one place for the duration of seventy years, during which He will not look at you nor judge between you. You will weep until the tears cease, then you will weep blood and sweat until the sweat reaches your chins, and the sweat will bridle you. Those who speak will cry out and say: 'Who will intercede for us with our Lord so that He may judge between us?'

16631 - Hajjaj ibn Hamzah narrated to us, [he said]: Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, from Abu Bakr, from 'Asim: "And all of them will come to Him (kullun atawhu)" as a heavy (muthaqqala) and elongated construction, in the sense of 'they are those who do it'.

16632 - My father narrated to us, [he said]: Abu Salih narrated to us: Mu'awiyah ibn Salih narrated to me, from 'Ali ibn Abi Talhah, from Ibn 'Abbas regarding His saying: "And all of them will come to Him humble (dakhirina)"—he says: Submissive.
