16683 - 'Ali ibn al-Husayn narrated to us: Muhammad ibn 'Isa narrated to us: Salamah narrated to us, from Ibn Ishaq, from 'Abd Allah ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid, who said: When Allah willed for Moses what He willed, and the deliverance of the Children of Israel from the affliction they were in, Allah inspired to the mother of Moses, when her delivery approached, that she should nurse him.
16684 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us: Ibrahim ibn Musa narrated to us: Ibn Abi Za'idah informed us, saying: I heard al-A'mash saying: Ibn 'Abbas said regarding His saying: "That you should nurse him, but when you fear for him," he said: "That your neighbors might hear his voice."
His saying, the Exalted: "But when you fear for him."
16685 - My father narrated to us: Asbagh ibn al-Faraj narrated to us: Ibn Wahb informed me: Hayy ibn 'Abd Allah narrated to me, from Abu 'Abd al-Rahman al-Hubuli, who said: Allah inspired to the mother of Moses when she delivered him: "That you should nurse him, but when you fear for him, then cast him into the river." So when she feared for him, she placed him in a chest, and she placed the key with the chest, and cast him into the sea.
His saying, the Exalted: "Then cast him into the river."
16686 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us: 'Amr ibn Hammad narrated to us: Asbat narrated to us, from al-Suddi: "Then cast him into the river," and it is the sea (the Nile), and it is the Nile.
16687 - Muhammad ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Abi al-Thalj narrated to us: Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us: Asbagh ibn Zayd al-Warraq narrated to us: al-Qasim ibn Abi Ayyub narrated to us: Sa'id ibn Jubayr narrated to me, from Ibn 'Abbas: The mother of Moses was pregnant with Moses, and anxiety and sadness fell into her heart regarding what he would encounter in his mother's womb and what was intended for him. He commanded her that when she gave birth to him, she should place him in a chest and then cast him into the river. When she gave birth, she did that to him.
His saying, the Exalted: "And do not fear and do not grieve."
16688 - Abu Yazid al-Qaratisi informed us in what he wrote to me: Asbagh ibn al-Faraj informed us: 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Zayd narrated to us regarding the saying of Allah: "And do not fear," he said: "Do not fear the river for him," and "and do not grieve," he says: "Do not grieve for his separation."
١٦٦٨٣ - حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، ثنا سَلَمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَالَ: فَلَمَّا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ بِمُوسَى مَا أَرَادَ، وَاسْتِنْقَاذَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ مِمَّا هُمْ فِيهِ مِنَ الْبَلاءِ، أَوْحَى اللَّهُ إِلَى أُمِّ مُوسَى حِينَ تَقَارَبَ وِلادُهَا أَنْ أَرْضِعِيهِ.
١٦٦٨٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الأَعْمَشَ يَقُولُ: قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: فِي قَوْلِهِ: أَنْ أَرْضِعِيهِ فَإِذَا خِفْتِ عَلَيْهِ قَالَ: أَنْ يَسْمَعَ جِيرَانُكِ صَوْتَهُ.
قَوْلُهُ تعالى: فَإِذَا خِفْتِ عَلَيْهِ
١٦٦٨٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، ثنا أَصْبَغُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي حَيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحُبُلِيِّ قَالَ: إِنَّ اللَّهَ أَوْحَى إِلَى أُمِّ مُوسَى حِينَ وَضَعَتْهُ: أَنْ أَرْضِعِيهِ فَإِذَا خِفْتِ عَلَيْهِ فَأَلْقِيهِ فِي الْيَمِّ فَلَمَّا خَافَتْ عَلَيْهِ جَعَلَتْهُ فِي التَّابُوتِ، وَجَعَلَتِ الْمِفْتَاحَ مَعَ التَّابُوتِ، وَطَرَحَتْهُ فِي الْبَحْر.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: فَأَلْقِيهِ فِي الْيَمِّ
١٦٦٨٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، ثنا أَسْبَاطٌ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ فَأَلْقِيهِ فِي الْيَمِّ وَهُوَ الْبَحْرُ، وَهُوَ النِّيلُ.
١٦٦٨٧ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي الثَّلْجِ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بن هارون، ثنا أصبغ ابن زَيْدٍ الْوَرَّاقُ، ثنا الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ، حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ:
حَمَلَتْ أُمُّ مُوسَى، بموسى فَوَقَعَ فِي قَلْبِهَا. الْهَمُّ وَالْحُزْنُ مِمَّا دَخَلَ عَلَيْهِ فِي بَطْنِ أُمِّهِ مِمَّا يُرَادُ بِهِ وَأَمَرَهَا إِذَا وَلَدَتْهُ أَنْ تَجْعَلَهُ فِي تَابُوتٍ ثُمَّ تُلْقِيهِ فِي الْيَمِّ فَلَمَّا وَلَدَتْ فَعَلَتْ ذَلِكَ بِهِ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: وَلا تَخَافِي وَلا تَحْزَنِي
١٦٦٨٨ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَزِيدَ الْقَرَاطِيسِيُّ فِيمَا كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ، أَنْبَأَ أَصْبَغُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زَيْدٍ فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ: وَلا تَخَافِي قَالَ: لَا تَخَافِي عَلَيْهِ الْبَحْرَ وَلا تَحْزَنِي يَقُولُ: لَا تَحْزَنِي لِفِرَاقِهِ.
