17207 - Abu ‘Abd Allah al-Tihrani narrated to us, ‘Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma‘mar narrated to us, from Qatadah regarding His saying: "to a place of return," he said: This is among the things that Ibn ‘Abbas used to keep concealed.
His saying, the Exalted: "Say, 'My Lord is most knowing of who brings guidance'
17208 - ‘Ali ibn al-Husayn narrated to us, Muhammad ibn al-‘Ala' narrated to us, ‘Uthman ibn Sa‘id al-Zayyat narrated to us, Bishr ibn ‘Umarah reported to us, from Abu Rawq, from al-Dahhak, from Ibn ‘Abbas, who said: Gabriel, peace be upon him, descended upon Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and said to him: "O Muhammad, say."
His saying, the Exalted: "...and who is in clear error."
17209 - Abu Zur‘ah narrated to us, Yahya ibn ‘Abd Allah ibn Bukayr narrated to us, ‘Abd Allah ibn Lahi‘ah narrated to us, ‘Ata' ibn Dinar narrated to us, from Sa‘id ibn Jubayr regarding the saying of Allah: "The clear [error] is the manifest one."
His saying, the Exalted: "And you were not expecting that the Book would be conveyed to you, except as a mercy from your Lord."
17210 - al-Hasan ibn Muhammad ibn al-Sabah narrated to us, Asbat ibn Muhammad narrated to us, from al-Hudhayli (meaning Abu Bakr), from al-Hasan regarding the saying of Allah: "The Book," he said: The Qur'an. It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas similar to that.
His saying, the Exalted: "So do not be an assistant to the disbelievers."

17211 - Abu Zur‘ah narrated to us, Yahya ibn ‘Abd Allah ibn Bukayr narrated to us, ‘Abd Allah ibn Lahi‘ah narrated to me, ‘Ata' ibn Dinar narrated to me, from Sa‘id ibn Jubayr regarding the saying of Allah: "the verses of Allah," meaning the Qur'an.
His saying, the Exalted: "And invite to your Lord and do not ever be of those who associate others with Allah."

17212 - My father narrated to us, Adam al-‘Asqalani narrated to us, Shu‘bah narrated to us, Yazid al-Rishk narrated to us, from Abu Mijlaz, who said: I was with ‘Abd Allah ibn ‘Umar when a man asked him about polytheism (shirk), and he said: To set up another deity alongside Allah.
His saying, the Exalted: "There is no deity except Him."
17213 - Abu Zur‘ah narrated to us, Minjab narrated to us, Bishr reported to us, from Abu Rawq, from al-Dahhak, from Ibn ‘Abbas regarding: "There is no deity except Him," he said: Monotheism (tawhid). Its interpretation has also preceded from Ibn Ishaq.

١٧٢٠٨ - حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاءِ، ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الزَّيَّاتُ أَنْبَأَ بِشْرُ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي رَوْقٍ، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: نَزَلَ جِبْرِيلُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ لَهُ: يَا مُحَمَّدُ قُلْ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: وَمَنْ هُوَ فِي ضَلالٍ مبين
١٧٢٠٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَطَاءُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ: المُبِينُ الْبَيِّنُ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: وَمَا كنت ترجوا أَنْ يُلْقَى إِلَيْكَ الْكِتَابُ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً مِنْ ربك
١٧٢١٠ - حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ، ثنا أَسْبَاطُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنِ الْهُذَلِيِّ يَعْنِي أبو بَكْرٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ: الْكِتَابُ قَالَ: الْقُرْآنُ- وَرُوِيَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: فَلَا تَكُونَنَّ ظَهِيرًا لِلْكَافِرِينَ

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: وَلا يَصُدُّنَّكَ، عَنْ آيَاتُ اللَّهِ
١٧٢١١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ: آيَاتِ اللَّهِ يَعْنِي الْقُرْآنَ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: وَادْعُ إِلَى رَبِّكَ ولا تكونن من المشركين

١٧٢١٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، ثنا آدَمُ الْعَسْقَلانِيُّ، ثنا شُعْبَةُ، ثنا يَزِيدُ الرِّشْكُ، عَنْ أَبِي مِجْلَزٍ، قَالَ: كُنْتُ، عِنْدَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ فَسَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ، عَنِ الشِّرْكِ فَقَالَ: أَنْ تَجْعَلَ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَهًا آخَرَ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: لَا إِلَهَ إِلا هُوَ
١٧٢١٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا مِنْجَابٌ أَنْبَأَ بِشْرٌ، عَنْ أَبِي رَوْقٍ، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ لا إِلَهَ إِلا هُوَ قَالَ: تَوْحِيدٌ
