17181 - My father narrated to us, ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn Munib reported to us, al-Fadl ibn Khalid Abu Mu‘adh al-Nahwi reported to us, from ‘Ubayd ibn Sulayman, from al-Dahhak, regarding "And those who disbelieved said," he said: They are the leaders of the disbelievers to those who believed; he said to those who believed and followed: Leave the religion of Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace.

His saying, the Exalted: "Follow our way."

17182 - Hajjaj ibn Hamzah narrated to us, Shabanah reported to us, Warqa’ reported to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid, regarding His saying: "Follow our way," it is the statement of the disbelievers of Quraysh in Mecca to those who believed among them: They said: Neither we nor you will be resurrected, so follow us.

17183 - My father narrated to us, Abu al-Darda’ al-Marwazi reported to us, Abu Mu‘adh reported to us, from ‘Ubayd, from al-Dahhak, regarding His saying: "Follow our way," meaning: our religion.

His saying, the Exalted: "And we will carry your sins."

17184 - Hajjaj ibn Hamzah narrated to us, Shabanah reported to us, Warqa’ reported to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid, regarding His saying: "And we will carry your sins," it is the statement of the disbelievers of Quraysh in Mecca to those who believed among them: Follow us, for if there is anything upon you, it is upon us.

His saying, the Exalted: "But they are not carriers of…" [the verse].

17185 - Musa ibn Harun al-Tusi informed me in what he wrote to me, al-Husayn ibn Muhammad reported to us, Shayban ibn ‘Abd al-Rahman reported to us, from Qatadah, regarding His saying: "But they are not carriers of any of their sins," he said: They are not carriers.

His saying, the Exalted: "And they will surely carry their own burdens."

17186 - My father narrated to us, Hisham ibn ‘Ammar reported to us, Sadaqah reported to us, ‘Uthman ibn Hafs ibn Abi al-‘Atikah reported to us, Sulayman ibn Habib al-Muharibi narrated to me, from Abu Umamah, that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, conveyed what he was sent with, then he said: Beware of injustice, for Allah, Blessed and Exalted, will swear on the Day of Resurrection and say: By My Might, no injustice shall pass Me by today. Then a proclaimer will call out and say: Where is so-and-so, son of so-and-so? He will come, and good deeds like mountains will follow him. People will fix their eyes upon them until he stands before Allah, the Most Merciful, the Almighty. Then he will command the proclaimer to call out: Whoever has a claim or an injustice against so-and-so, son of so-and-so, then come forth. They will come forward until they gather standing before the Most Merciful, and He will say...

١٧١٨١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُنِيبٍ، ثنا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ أَبُو مُعَاذٍ النَّحْوِيُّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا هُمُ الْقَادَةُ مِنَ الْكُفَّارِ لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا، قَالَ لِمَنْ آمَنَ وَاتَّبَعَ: اتْرُكُوا دَيْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: اتَّبِعُوا سَبِيلَنَا

١٧١٨٢ - حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، ثنا شبانه، ثنا وَرْقَاءُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَوْلُهُ: اتَّبِعُوا سَبِيلَنَا قَوْلُ كُفَّارِ قُرَيْشٍ بِمَكَّةَ لِمَنْ آمَنَ مِنْهُمْ قَالُوا: لَا نُبْعَثُ نَحْنُ وَلا أَنْتُمْ فَاتَّبِعُونَا.

١٧١٨٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، ثنا أَبُو الدَّرْدَاءِ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو مُعَاذٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ قَوْلُهُ: اتَّبِعُوا سَبِيلَنَا دِينَنَا.

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: وَلْنَحْمِلْ خَطَايَاكُمْ

١٧١٨٤ - حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ حمزة، ثنا شبانة، ثنا وَرْقَاءُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَوْلُهُ: وَلْنَحْمِلْ خَطَايَاكُمْ قَوْلُ كُفَّارِ قُرَيْشٍ بِمَكَّةَ لِمَنْ آمَنْ مِنْهُمُ اتَّبِعُونَا، فَإِنْ كَانَ عَلَيْكُمْ شَيْءٌ فَهُوَ عَلَيْنَا.

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: وَمَا هم بحاملين الْآيَةَ

١٧١٨٥ - أَخْبَرَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ الطُّوسِيُّ فِيمَا كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ، ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثنا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَوْلُهُ: وَمَا هُمْ بِحَامِلِينَ مِنْ خَطَايَاهُمْ قَالَ: مَا هُمْ بِعَامِلِينَ.

قَوْلُه تَعَالَى: وَلَيَحْمِلُنَّ أَثْقَالَهُمْ

١٧١٨٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، ثنا صَدَقَةُ، ثنا عثمان بن حَفْصِ بْنِ أَبَى الْعَاتِكَةِ حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ الْمُحَارِبِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَلَّغَ مَا أُرْسِلَ بِهِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: إِيَّاكُمْ وَالظُّلْمَ، فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى يُقْسِمُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَيَقُولُ: وَعِزَّتِي لَا يَحُوزُنِي الْيَوْمَ ظُلْمٌ، ثُمَّ يُنَادِي مُنَادٍ فَيَقُولُ: أَيْنَ فُلانُ بْنُ فُلانٍ؟ فَيَأْتِي تَتْبَعُهُ مِنَ الْحَسَنَاتِ أَمْثَالُ الْجِبَالِ فَيُشْخِصُ النَّاسُ إليها أبصارهم حتى يقول بَيْنَ يَدَيِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ، ثُمَّ يَأْمُرُ الْمُنَادِي فَيُنَادِي مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ تَبَاعَةٌ أَوْ ظُلامَةٌ- عِنْدَ فُلانِ بْنِ فُلانٍ، فَهَلُمَّ. فَيُقْبِلُونَ حَتَّى يَجْتَمِعُوا قِيَامًا بَيْنَ يَدَيِ الرَّحْمَنِ، فيقول
