17245 - ‘Ali ibn al-Husayn narrated to us, Muhammad ibn ‘Isa reported to us, Salamah reported to us, from Ibn Ishaq: Then Nimrod desisted from Abraham, and Allah prevented him from him. He responded to Abraham by the people of his nation when they saw what Allah, Blessed and Exalted, did to him, out of fear of Nimrod and their leaders. So, Lot, who was the son of his brother, believed in him, and Sarah, who was the daughter of his paternal uncle, believed in him.

17246 - Muhammad ibn Sa‘d ibn ‘Atiyyah al-‘Awfi informed us in what he wrote to me, my father narrated to me, my paternal uncle narrated to me, my father narrated to me, from my grandfather, from ‘Atiyyah, from Ibn ‘Abbas, regarding His saying: "And Lot believed in him," he said: Lot believed Abraham.
