16259 - 'Ubayd Allah ibn 'Ubayd Allah narrated to us, 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Zayd ibn Aslam narrated to us, from his father, regarding the word of God: "And she has a great throne," he said: The seat.
16260 - 'Ali ibn al-Husayn narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Abi Hammad narrated to us, Mihran narrated to us, from Sufyan, regarding "And she has a great throne," he said: The throne is the chair (kursi).
16261 - 'Ali ibn al-Husayn narrated to us, Muhammad ibn 'Isa narrated to us, Salamah narrated to us, from Ibn Ishaq regarding His saying: "And she has a great throne," he said: The couch of her kingdom upon which she used to sit, which was made of gold studded with rubies, peridot, and pearls. It was placed within seven houses, one inside the other, and then the doors were locked upon it. Only women served her; she had six hundred women serving her.
His saying, the Almighty: "Great"
16262 - Al-'Abbas ibn al-Walid ibn Mazid al-Bayruti informed me by reading, Muhammad ibn Shu'ayb ibn Shabur informed me, 'Uthman ibn 'Ata' informed me, from his father 'Ata' al-Khurasani regarding His saying: "And she has a great throne," he said: The throne is the couch (sarir), and "great" means well-crafted and of high value.
16263 - It was mentioned from 'Amr al-'Anqazi, Abu Bakr al-Hudhali narrated to us, from 'Ata', regarding "And she has a great throne," he said: Its wood is gold, and its legs are jewels.
16264 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Safwan ibn Salih narrated to us, al-Walid narrated to us, Zuhayr ibn Muhammad narrated to us, regarding the word of God: "And she has a great throne," he says: Well-crafted, of high value, a couch made of gold with its sides inlaid with rubies and peridot; it is eighty cubits in length and forty in width.

16265 - Muhammad ibn al-'Abbas, the freed slave of the Banu Hashim, narrated to us, 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Salamah narrated to us, Salamah narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, from Yazid ibn Ruman, regarding "I found her and her people prostrating to the sun instead of Allah," he said: She had a small window (kuwwa) in her house; when the sun rose, she would look at it and prostrate to it.

١٦٢٦٠ - حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَمَّادٍ، ثنا مِهْرَانُ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ وَلَهَا عَرْشٌ عَظِيمٌ وَالْعَرْشُ الْكُرْسِيُّ.
١٦٢٦١ - حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، ثنا سَلَمَةُ، عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَوْلُهُ: وَلَهَا عَرْشٌ عَظِيمٌ سَرِيرُ مُلْكِهَا الَّتِي كَانَتْ تَجْلِسُ عَلَيْهِ وَكَانَ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ مُفَصَّصٍ بِالْيَاقُوتِ، وَالزَّبَرْجَدِ، وَاللُّؤْلُؤِ، فَجُعِلَ فِي سَبْعَةِ أَبْيَاتٍ بَعْضُهَا فِي بَعْضٍ ثُمَّ أُقْفِلَتْ عَلَيْهِ الأَبْوَابُ وَكَانَتْ إِنَّمَا تَخْدُمُهَا النِّسَاءُ مَعَهَا سِتُّمِائَةِ امْرَأَةٍ يَخْدُمْنَهَا.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: عَظِيمٌ
١٦٢٦٢ - أَخْبَرَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ مَزْيَدٍ الْبَيْرُوتِيُّ قِرَاءَةً أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ شَابُورَ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَطَاءٍ الْخُرَاسَانِيِّ فِي قَوْلِهِ: وَلَهَا عَرْشٌ عَظِيمٌ قَالَ: الْعَرْشُ السَّرِيرُ، وَالْعَظِيمُ حَسَنُ الصَّنْعَةِ غَالِي الثَّمَنِ
١٦٢٦٣ - ذُكِرَ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو الْعَنْقَزِيِّ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْهُذَلِيُّ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ وَلَهَا عَرْشٌ عَظِيمٌ قَالَ: خَشَبُهُ الذَّهَبُ، وَقَوَائِمُهُ الْجَوْهَرُ.
١٦٢٦٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، ثنا الْوَلِيدُ، ثنا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ: وَلَهَا عَرْشٌ عَظِيمٌ يَقُولُ: حَسَنُ الصَّنْعَةِ، غَالِي الثَّمَنِ سَرِيرٌ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ وَصَفْحَتَاهُ مَرْمُولٌ بِالْيَاقُوتِ وَالزَّبَرْجَدِ، طُولُهُ ثَمَانُونَ ذِرَاعًا فِي أَرْبَعِينَ عَرْضًا.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: وَجَدْتُهَا وَقَوْمَهَا يَسْجُدُونَ لِلشَّمْسِ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ
١٦٢٦٥ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، ثنا سَلَمَةُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ رُومَانَ وَجَدْتُهَا وَقَوْمَهَا يَسْجُدُونَ لِلشَّمْسِ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ كَانَتْ لَهَا كُوَّةٌ فِي بَيْتِهَا إِذَا طَلَعَتِ الشَّمْسُ نَظَرَتْ إِلَيْهَا فَسَجَدَتْ لَهَا.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: وَزَيَّنَ لَهُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَعْمَالَهُمْ
