16315 - 'Ali ibn al-Husayn narrated to us, Suwayd ibn Sa'id narrated to us, 'Ali ibn Mushir narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from al-Minhal, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn 'Abbas regarding "She said, 'O eminent ones, advise me in my affair,'" he said: She gathered the leaders of her kingdom and consulted them, and she said: "Indeed, there has been delivered to me a noble letter." Because she consulted them in her affair, their opinion and her opinion agreed to invade him.
16316 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Safwan ibn Salih narrated to us, al-Walid narrated to us, Zuhayr ibn Muhammad, regarding His saying: "advise me in my affair," she says: Indicate with your opinion.
His saying, the Almighty: "I would not have decided an affair until you are present"
16317 - And by it from Zuhayr ibn Muhammad, regarding His saying: "I would not have decided an affair until you are present," she means: until you indicate [your opinion].
His saying, the Almighty: "They said, 'We are possessors of strength'"
16318 - 'Ali ibn al-Husayn narrated to us, Suwayd ibn Sa'id narrated to us, 'Ali ibn Mushir narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from al-Minhal, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn 'Abbas regarding His saying: "We are possessors of strength," he said: Their opinion and her opinion agreed to invade him, so she set out and left her throne in [a series of] houses, some of which were one after the other.
16319 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Safwan ibn Salih narrated to us, al-Walid narrated to us, Zuhayr ibn Muhammad, regarding the saying of Allah: "They said, 'We are possessors of strength,'" they said: We are twelve thousand kings, with every king are twelve thousand men prepared for battle.
16320 - My father narrated to us, 'Amr ibn Rafi' narrated to us, 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Mafra narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Mujahid, he said: Under the command of the Queen of Sheba were twelve thousand 'qayls' (leaders/princes), and under the command of each qayl were one hundred thousand warriors, and they are the ones who said: "We are possessors of strength and possessors of great might."

16321 - Abu Yazid al-Qaratisi informed us, in what he wrote to me, Asbagh ibn al-Faraj informed us, he said: I heard 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Zayd regarding the saying of Allah: "And possessors of great might," they offered her battle; they fight on her behalf.
