16363 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Safwan ibn Salih narrated to us, al-Walid narrated to us, Zuhayr ibn Muhammad narrated to us, regarding "Before they come to me in submission," he said: Their wealth becomes inviolable to me upon their submission. Similar things were narrated from 'Ata' al-Khurasani, al-Suddi, and Qatadah.
His saying, the Exalted: "An 'ifrit (powerful one) from the jinn said."
16364 - My father narrated to us, al-Mu'ammal ibn al-Fadl and Duhaym said: Marwan narrated to us, from Isma'il, from Abu Salih regarding his saying: "An 'ifrit from the jinn," as if he were a mountain.
16365 - My father narrated to us, Sa'id ibn Ya'qub narrated to us, Ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, Isma'il ibn Abi Khalid narrated to us, from Abu Salih regarding his saying: "An 'ifrit from the jinn," he said: Great.
16366 - Al-Husayn ibn al-Hasan narrated to us, Ibrahim ibn 'Abd Allah al-Harawi narrated to us, Hajjaj narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from Mujahid, he said regarding "An 'ifrit from the jinn": A rebellious one (marid) from the jinn.
16367 - 'Ali ibn al-Husayn narrated to us, Sa'id ibn Yahya narrated to us, my father narrated to me, Ibn Jurayj narrated to me, Wahb ibn Sulayman informed us, from Shu'ayb al-Jiba'i, who said: The name of the 'ifrit was Kawzan.
16368 - Muhammad ibn al-'Abbas narrated to us, 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Salamah narrated to us, Salamah narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, from Yazid ibn Ruman, who said: "An 'ifrit from the jinn," his name was Kawza.
His saying, the Exalted: "I will bring it to you before you rise from your place."
16369 - 'Ali ibn al-Hasan al-Hisinjani narrated to us, Musaddad narrated to us, Sufyan ibn 'Uyaynah narrated to us, from 'Ata' ibn al-Sa'ib, from Mujahid, that Ibn 'Abbas said regarding: "Before you rise from your place," he said: Before you rise from your sitting place.
16370 - Hajjaj ibn Hamzah narrated to us, Shababah narrated to us, Warqa' narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid, regarding his saying: "From your place," he said: From your seat.
16371 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Safwan narrated to us, al-Walid narrated to us, Zuhayr ibn Muhammad narrated to us, regarding the word of Allah: "I will bring it to you before you rise from your place," from your sitting place where you sit for judgment. Sulayman, when he sat for judgment, would not rise until the sun passed its meridian.

قَوْلُهُ: قَبْلَ أَنْ يَأْتُونِي مُسْلِمِينَ
١٦٣٦٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، ثنا الْوَلِيدُ، ثنا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَأْتُونِي مُسْلِمِينَ قَالَ: فَتَحْرُمُ عَلَيَّ أَمْوَالُهُمْ بِإِسْلامِهِمْ- وَرُوِيَ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ الْخُرَاسَانِيِّ وَالسُّدِّيِّ وَقَتَادَةَ نَحْوُ ذَلِكَ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: قَالَ عِفْرِيتٌ مِنَ الْجِنِّ
١٦٣٦٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، ثنا الْمُؤَمَّلُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، وَدُحَيْمٌ قَالا، ثنا مَرْوَانُ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ قَوْلُهُ: عِفْرِيتٌ مِنَ الْجِنِّ كَأَنَّهُ جَبَلٌ.
١٦٣٦٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ: عِفْرِيتٌ مِنَ الْجِنِّ قَالَ: عَظِيمٌ.

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: أَنَا آتِيَكَ بِهِ قبل أن تقوم من مقامك
١٦٣٦٩ - حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْهِسِنْجَانِيُّ، ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنِ مُجَاهِدٍ أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَبْلَ أَنْ تَقُومَ مِنْ مَقَامِكَ قَالَ:
قَبْلَ أَنْ تَقُومَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِكَ.
١٦٣٧٠ - حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، ثنا شَبَابَةُ، ثنا وَرْقَاءُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ «١»
قَوْلُهُ: مِنْ مَقَامِكَ قَالَ: مِنْ مَقْعَدِكَ.
١٦٣٧١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا صَفْوَانُ، ثنا الْوَلِيدُ، ثنا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ: أَنَا آتِيكَ بِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَقُومَ مِنْ مَقَامِكَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِكَ الَّذِي تَجْلِسُ فِيهِ لِلْقَضَاءِ، وَكَانَ سُلَيْمَانُ إِذَا جَلَسَ لِلْقَضَاءِ لَمْ يَقُمْ حَتَّى تزول الشمس.
