And if he marries the daughter of his paternal aunt, and their grandmother breastfeeds one of them while a minor, the marriage is rescinded, because if she breastfeeds the husband, he becomes a maternal uncle to her, and if she breastfeeds the wife, she becomes his paternal aunt. And if he marries the daughter of his maternal uncle, and their grandmother breastfeeds the husband, he becomes the paternal uncle of his wife, and if she breastfeeds her, she becomes his maternal aunt. And if he marries the daughter of his maternal aunt, and she breastfeeds the husband, he becomes the maternal uncle of his wife, and if she breastfeeds her, she becomes his maternal aunt.

Section: If he marries an adult woman, then divorces her, and she breastfeeds a young girl with his milk, she becomes his daughter; and if she breastfeeds her with the milk of another, she becomes his stepdaughter. If he had consummated the marriage with the adult woman, the young girl becomes forbidden to him forever; if he had not consummated it with her, she does not become forbidden, because she is a stepdaughter whose mother he has not consummated with. If he marries a young girl, then divorces her, and a woman breastfeeds her, the breastfeeding woman becomes forbidden to him forever, because she is among his wives' mothers. If he marries an adult woman and a young girl, then divorces the young girl, and the adult woman breastfeeds her, the adult woman becomes forbidden, and her marriage is rescinded. If he had not consummated the marriage with her, there is no dowry for her, and he retains the marriage with the young girl; if he had consummated it with her, she is entitled to her dowry, and she and the young girl become forbidden to him forever. If he divorces the adult woman alone before the breastfeeding occurs, and she breastfeeds the young girl, and he had not consummated the marriage with the adult woman, the marriage of the young girl is established; but if he had consummated it with her, the young girl becomes forbidden, her marriage is rescinded, and he has recourse against the adult woman for half of her dowry. If he divorces them both, the rule regarding the prohibition is as previously stated. If one man marries an adult woman and another marries a young girl, then they both divorce them, and each of them marries the other's wife, then the adult woman breastfeeds the young girl, the adult woman becomes forbidden to both of them.
