Agreed upon (15). It is recommended to recite in them "Say, O disbelievers" [Qul ya ayyuha al-kafirun] and "Say, He is Allah, [who is] One" [Qul huwallahu ahad], based on what Abu Hurayra narrated, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) recited in the two rak'ahs of Fajr "Say, O disbelievers" and "Say, He is Allah, [who is] One."
