Section: The ambiguity of Ihram is valid, which is to enter into Ihram with the same intention as so-and-so. This is based on what Abu Musa narrated, saying: I came to the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) while he was camping at al-Batha', and he said to me: "With what did you declare intention (ahlalta)?" I said: I say 'Labbayk' with the same intention as the intention of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace). He said: "You have done well." He then commanded me, so I performed Tawaf of the House and Sa'i between al-Safa and al-Marwa, then he said: "Exit the state of Ihram." [Agreed upon]. Jabir and Anas narrated that Ali came from Yemen to the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), [and the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said to him: "With what did you declare intention?" He said: I declared intention with the same as the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) declared intention]. Jabir said in his hadith: He said, "Offer a sacrifice (hady) and remain in the state of Ihram." Anas said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Were it not that I have the sacrificial animal with me, I would have exited the state of Ihram." [Agreed upon]. Then
