516 - 'Abbas ibn Muhammad al-Duri, Muhammad ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Nawfal, and Abu Umayyah narrated to us, saying: Qabisah ibn 'Uqbah narrated to us, saying: I heard Sufyan al-Thawri say: "Whoever prioritizes anyone over Abu Bakr and 'Umar has disparaged the Muhajirun and the Ansar, and I do not think any deed will benefit him alongside that."
