584 - 'Abd al-Malik ibn 'Abd al-Hamid informed me, saying: Abu Muhammad al-Subahi narrated to me, saying: I heard Ahmad ibn 'Abd al-Malik ibn Waqid say: I heard Zuhayr ibn Mu'awiyah say: "Abu Bakr, 'Umar, and 'Uthman; were it not for our Prophet Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, I would have wished that Allah would resurrect me with 'Umar."
