704 - Harb informed me, saying: Muhammad ibn Musaffa narrated to us, from 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn 'Umar, who said: Isma'il ibn 'Ayyash narrated to me, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Dinar, from his father, from Ibn 'Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "O Mu'awiyah, you are of me and I am of you; you shall surely crowd with me at the gate of Paradise like these two [fingers]."
٧٠٤ - أَخْبَرَنِي حَرْبٌ، قَالَ: ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُصَفَّى، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «يَا مُعَاوِيَةُ، أَنْتَ مِنِّي وَأَنَا مِنْكَ، لَتُزَاحِمَنِي عَلَى بَابِ الْجَنَّةِ كَهَاتَيْنِ»
