733 - Al-Maymuni informed me, saying: Ibn Hanbal narrated to us, saying: Hammad ibn Usamah narrated to us, saying: Isma'il narrated to us, saying: Qays said: "I saw the two fingers of Talhah which had become paralyzed—the ones with which he shielded the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, on the Day of Uhud."
٧٣٣ - أَخْبَرَنِي الْمَيْمُونِيُّ، قَالَ: ثَنَا ابْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، قَالَ: ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ أُسَامَةَ، قَالَ: ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، قَالَ: قَالَ قَيْسٌ: «رَأَيْتُ إِصْبَعَيْ طَلْحَةَ قَدْ شُلَّتَا، اللَّتَيْنِ وَقَى بِهِمَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ»
